I brought my Lab/Golden mix in to give her a much-needed bath. I got a quick overview on where everything was from Lexi, and she checked with me frequently to see if I had any additional questions. I liked how the bathing tubs had steps going up to the entrance, which was on the long side of the rectangular tub, and how it opened and closed by sliding a part of the tub wall to the side and back and the height was perfect for me so my back didn't hurt as I was bathing my pup. The shampoo is pre-mixed in with the water, the same way a self-serve car-wash works, and that was great because it kept me from over-using shampoo and ensured I was able to get all the soap rinsed off.
When I took my pup over to the drying table, I mentioned that she does not like it when I use my hair dryer at home, so Lexi brought over a head covering to protect my dog's ears. That worked great! My dog still didn't love getting dried, but she wasn't anxious about it.
This is a great DIY place and I plan to return. I especially appreciated how helpful and friendly Lexi was, in addition to how easy it was to get my pup clean.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chiemi K.Sunnyvale, CA113642Apr 2, 2024
I took my boy here for nail cutting and paws/pads trimming. Nails were good. The trimming of all four paws and pads were questionable. They look like a beginner groomer did - not completely tidy. Our previous groomer was excellent and had them cut and shave neat. So I'm disappointed with their trimming skills here.
I just keep looking for a better professional groomer.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 6, 2022
TLDR: DIY dog wash, just bring your dog and some treats! This place has it all, tub, shampoo, combs, towels, dryer, leashes, aprons, and of course, water! Very clean facility!
Tip: wear a t-shirt so your sleeves don't get wet. Wear water resistant and non-slip shoes. Water is water and soggy socks are no fun. Though there are rubber mats, water can and will splash about -- no matter how pampered the pooch, there's always that itch to shake it all off!
Parking: shared private lot. The whole "plaza" is interesting, it seemed more like a business park to me since all the buildings were blocky and looked exactly the same aside from the door signage.
Service: check in at counter, you will be brought to the back and you will be walked through how to use the equipment to bath/dry your dog (as well as be given tips on how to wash), pay upon exiting. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable!
Wash: The tub has steps and a sliding side door for your fuzzy buddy to walk in. There are safety attachments for the provided leash to prevent your lovable walking mop from providing free floor cleaning services. Towels are available on the shelf against the wall. Shampoo is built into the waterline -- they will walk you through on how to switch between water and suds. They have regular and hypoallergenic soap options!
Dry: There are drying booths you can walk your dog into (there are mobile steps) and onto a table. Again, there are safety attachments for the leash to prevent your floof from also providing free dusting services. The dryer is pretty straight forward, you will be walked through how to use it -- don't forget to swipe the fur from the top every now and then! The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the fact that you are fully enclosed in the whirlwind of flying floof whilst drying your dog because the curtains are clipped shut while you dry. I have a husky and was constantly trying not to add more fiber into my diet by nasal inhalation, haha. :P I hope that in the future there is some sort of filtration system or something to catch all the flying floof in there.Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Christine G.Olympia, WA0244Sep 19, 2023
Easy place to stop in to wash my dog. They provide the tub, an apron for you, and the hose has a dial on it for shampoo, rinse etc with plenty of pressure. They gave me a flea shampoo they use after I said he'd been rooting for something in his fur. I brought teatree oil to put on first to leave a few minutes to kill whatever. It's a few days later and the rooting and scratching has stopped. Success!

I've been taking my dog here for a little over a year and love how he looks after he's groomed! He always smells nice and his fur is super soft and they'll sometimes put a bandana on him. The people working there are amazing!

Clean, organized, and affordable! We took our 66lb goldendoodle for a bath and were very impressed by the knowledgeable staff and spacious atmosphere. All necessary supplies are provided to clean your dog, including a powerful blow dryer. Will be returning!

I went for an ear cleaning and nail trim for my labradoodle and the lady who helped me was super nice. It took about 15 min and we were on the go. Very nice place, I put my dog on the wait list since they're all booked until July but other than that, great!

It was my first visit here today and I was in sort of a hurry, but I super loved it! Everything was clean and bright. It smelled nice when you walked in the door. The employee that gave me a tour was very helpful and kind. I will definitely be coming back!

Used to take my yorkies here to get grooming. They did a decent job but for $70 per dog, I can find better. The only reason why I stopped going was because the owner or manager lady was very rude. She would give me attitude when discussing how I wanted my dog's hair cut. She has a lot of mean energy and seems very bitter when she talks. I still tipped because her employees are very sweet but I would not recommend her shop for anyone who has fur babies that need to be well-groomed. Designer Dogs in Hazel Dell is my current go-to. They are very sweet and friendly, very worth the trip, and price plus tips.

I run a dog rescue and wascalling around to find out how many bath tubs different pet self wash places had and if they could accommodate bringing in foster dogs at the same time to bathe them all. I just wanted to know how many bath tubs. they literally would not give me an answer and transferred me to a manager, I'm just trying to find a place where I can bathe some foster dogs and promote them.
Natural Pet in Hazel Dell is the best and they love to help foster dogs!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
