Tow World Towing

Coming back from crabbing in Everett going through downtown Bellevue on 405 my boat trailer tires started to smoke ( it was the bearings) pulled over during heavy traffic on the side of the road made many phone calls to many tow truck companies. Rush-hour on the side of the highway I'm sure everybody saw dollar signs.
Greg was very fair in his price and he came and picked up my boat within 45 minutes before the great Democrats of our state had time to strip my boat clean.
And he delivered it to my house safely and was very kind and friendly would use that guy again and I hope I never have too.

I called them for help fixing a flat: to take off the wheel and replace with my spare. I could not do this because the previous owner had put ridiculous custom wheels on it that did not match the lug wrench. The tuner keys I had picked up on the way were assured by the auto parts store to be correct but were not. I called several companies that were nearby, none of which had the custom key to remove the lug nuts.
Finally I called this company. He asked for photos to be texted of the lug nuts up close so he could tell if he had the correct tuner key. I sent him three very good up close and precise pics of the lugs and wheel. I also clearly explained the lug tuner key needed would have 8 teeth on it, 8. He said no problem, but "because we are located in Renton and (my) car was on Queen Anne Hill near downtown Seattle, charge would be $175!!!" An outrageous rip-off, but I told him to come.
He arrived in about 15 minutes which pretty much convinced me he was closer by than he led on. It takes much longer to drive from Renton with Seattle traffic, I do it all the time. Then he pulls his tuner key set out and guess what? He doesn't actually have the tuner key as he stated. He lied to me after I was very specific and clear, including photos. Then he says he can put air in it which will get me 2.8 miles to the tire center. I asked him how much for air? He said in English that suddenly became more garbled, at least I thought he said, "no charge" that he would do it so I wouldn't be upset and to try and help me out. I was planning to compensate him something for the help despite the fact that he accepted a job he could not do. Then after he puts air in I offer him 20, then reaching for another 20 when he says, "no, service charge is $175!!!!!" I balked and said I was not about to pay $175 for air and his untruthful acceptance of the job in the first place. He then said $150 and I refused. Finally, considering the air was quickly leaking from my tire, I agreed to pay $120 just to get rid of him and get some real help from Les Schwab.
In short, this company's representative in question, if not the whole company, is ABSOLUTELY disreputable, dishonest, scammed me, and if I were you I'd move on to a more reputable service provider. Sorry but there it is, the absolute truth of my experience with Tow World Towing. Forget these guys unless you like getting lied to, taken advantage of and feel like a sucker later, which I most definitely do. :-(

He was very nice and responded quickly. I had a tow from Newcastle to Milton at peak commute time (terrible morning!) but he was priced best of all the places I called--significantly!

My car was on the truck quickly and he was friendly and professional. It made the whole "damn, I need a tow, my car is toast" feeling a lot less intense.

Very fast service, reliable always there for you when you need a towing done , unbeatable prices. Would recommend to anyone and everyone! So if you want a towing done quick and for good prices I would definitely recommend these guys!

This is worst Towing ever , they overcharge me. My car Get Stuck in Mud in Bellevue because my car is Prius Small Tires and i find this Tow company on the Internet. Just bulling from Mud and they Charge me $ 200. And Tow guy is not even Friendly Either. I regret.
