Townsend Electric Service

I was referred here by Parnell Pools because I thought the electrician who does all my interior work messed up a new timer install. Joe came out same day which was amazing and looked at my pool timer. He tested wires and got to work and said the timer wasn't the issue it was the pump. He even kicked it for good measure to show it was kaput. He said I should call Parnell Pools to have a new pump installed. He reinstalled the old timer I had just replaced and left. He didn't charge me a service call which at the time I thought was awesome and nice because I had already thrown so much money at service fees. I called my pool guy to come out and look things over, he took everything apart saw the old timer was wired wrong, reinstalled the new timer and pump started right back up like nothing had happened. He checked the motor on the pump and said it was totally fine. Turns out the timer motor was dead on the new timer, but nothing was ever wrong with my pump. So, one of two things happened here: he is either incompetent or re-wired the timer wrong on purpose to get me to purchase a new pump. Either way, Neither is good.
