Tranquility Day Spa & Salon

I absolutely love this salon and the service I've received over the last year. Stephanie currently colors and highlights my hair, and as a blonde this is not a small process. I have received more compliments in the last year than I have in my whole life about how great it looks. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and always met with kindness. I will say, however, if you are not religious, be prepared before you come in as this is a more Christian based salon. I don't think that they shove it down anyone's throat, but definitely be aware before I love that they have prayer request cards in the bathrooms, in case you want someone to just say a little prayer for you. It's nice to know that someone's looking out for you.

A wonderful salon and spa offering a full range of services from hair cuts to facials and massages. Stylists are amazing with hair and can help you find the style that compliments you the best. Wash bowls are comfortable, the waiting area offers complimentary coffee, tea, lemon water and mini Bundt cakes. They also offer complimentary lunch plates with cheese, crackers and chicken salad if you're going to be processing color or highlights. Parking on-site.

I had the best massage today for the second time by Carolina. The spa is relaxing and the staff is friendly. I will be back!

Let me start by saying Tabitha, my stylist, is top notch!
Let me finish by saying...unbeknownst to me this salon has decided to add a $5.00 service charge, payable to the "house" for hair services. I called to inquire about the charge and was told rather than raise their prices the owner opted to charge clients this add on fee. I saw no notice anywhere and was unhappily surprised to see when I got home and looked at the receipt that I had been charged this fee.

I love this salon. Not only are the hair stylists very talented, but the front desk staff are always so kind. I am so thankful for Tranquility. I drive quite a distance to have my hair colored and cut there, but it is so worth it!

Krystal is an excellent stylist but the Christian overtones, music and merchandise was just too much for me. A prayer box in the restroom? Not for me. I'm still looking for someone as talented as Krystal. Sad.

I've been coming here for a couple years to get highlights and fashion color (pink) from Rachel. I love the classy touches like having wine and cheese, or getting a scalp massage. Most importantly, I always love my cuts and color! Rachel is a top knotch professional who listens and delivers. She's also realistic about color limitations and damage, so you're in good hands to experiment and try something bold. I get tons of compliments on my hair and happily give her the credit. I recommend this salon, and especially Rachel's fashion color expertise!

This makes me genuinely sad to write, but I must recommend avoiding Tranquility for salon services. $400 (product and tip included) later and after I returned home, I saw this. This picture was taken the morning after my appointment. Not days...not weeks...less than 24 hours.
I have spent the last six weeks covering up my hair to the best of my ability just waiting for it to grow out enough to get it fixed.

Very disappointing and sad to have this happen. I just don't want it to happen to anyone else.

I took my twin daughters to Tranquility today for their 13th birthday. The spa staff went above and beyond to make them feel special and pampered--Renee and Jane and Leslie were absolutely fabulous--professional and caring and kind. Leslie taught my girls how to properly care for their skin, Jane spent a very long time making a very complicated birthday manicure "just right," and Renee made sure the girls were warm, comfortable, and relaxed throughout their experience. It was heavenly, and my girls will never forget it. I had a great haircut, too! Despite being immune compromised, I felt very safe at the facility due to their careful attention to cleanliness and health. We highly recommend!

LOVED this place! Best sports massage ever, didn't hurt and I felt loose right away.
