Super friendly and helpful staff! They have large selection of plants, they had everything we wanted! Will defiantly come back for more!

For some reason, this nursery has a lot of high ratings not just on Yelp but on other review sites. So when I was searching for a nursery to help with the renovation of our backyard last year, I gave them a call to ask about plant availability plus prices.

Long story short, after many emails, phone calls and promises made by Tri-Star that they would get back to me with info about plants and prices, they never replied. So I ditched them and went to Art's nursery and spent $2000+ last year. This year I went to nurseries other than Art's and I wrote the reasons for the switch in my review for Art's.

I was prompted to write this review after reading about a dogwood tree that never bloomed even after 3 years. It's in the "not recommended" section down below on this page.

For me, their lack of interest in selling their products was made evident right from the start so I never visited the nursery and I certainly never shall.

I am so glad to find Tri-Star Nursery. From now on I will buy most of my plants from this place. I was amazed how friendly and professional were owners of this charming nursery. This place is run by people who absolutely LOVE PLANTS and they grow them here in BC.
They deserve all 5 stars from me and here is why:

Great prices,very friendly people,I have been buying from them for 5 years and pretty much all plants are doing good.

My wife and I rented a Christmas Tree in a pot. The service was wonderful. We had the tree delivered and then picked up after Christmas. If think this is a great option and a tree isn't cut down needlessly. We have reserved the same tree for next year.
