Tri-Supply - Conroe

i just had the very best experience working with Sean in the lighting department. I was struggling with finding some ceiling light fans that would work in my rec room. He solved my issue easily and with knowledge of electrical issues and knowledge of the brands that I could use for my situation. He was patient and positive, and i would highly recommend working with Sean. If the rest of tri-supply is as good as he is, i will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Sean!

Needed some outside lights for our house. Heidi helped us with our order, and was very helpful. Their products are first class, and they have an excellent selection of home improvement goods.

my experience with tri-supply/Conroe was amazing!! Jessica Home I think is the administrator manager was so helpful so kind we need more people like her to run businesses or represent businesses as she does! The service I received was outstanding, and I am very selective on people I hire or go through. Please take this review serious I recommend try supply highly. It will always be my first to go place in regards to windows glass ET see thank you Jessica for such a great experience.

I have purchased from this store in the past and didn't have an issue but now I am coming up on 4 months waiting for a door. When it was first delivered (2 months late) it was completely messed up and the staff somehow didn't check before delivery. Now I am waiting for a replacement (taking another month when I was told the door initially would be about 3 weeks).

I understand tri-supply is just the supplier and not manufacturer so they are at the mercy of the company who makes the product. The problem is every time I call to get an update they respond with they "will call back because their with a customer" or you have to talk to a specific sales rep or the best "that's already been delivered" it's like no one has any knowledge of any orders. I never once have received a call with an order update without me calling at least 2 to 3 times first. From a customer service stand point this is the worst. I would at least appreciate a "we don't have an update from the manufacturer but we will continue checking" courtesy call.

So if you are looking for a timely product with good customer service/hassle free- at this point I would not recommend tri supply.

These stores are only as good as their customer service. Many of the products have fixed pricing. Go elsewhere... Terrible customer service. We spent over 13 grand in this store. They sent a brand new dishwasher with NO power cord, hoses, or installation hardware. It was very difficult getting someone to help us find the missing parts. Installation hardware never arrived, which caused a lot of problems down the road because it was installed incorrectly. Try-supply refused to help. They are unorganized, mismanaged, and don't care about their customers after the sale.

I have ordered appliances and doors on 2 separate occasions and not once have they gotten my orders in on time. Two weeks turns into four weeks or longer. So if you're not in a hurry...knock your lights out. If you're like me and want things in a timely manner...don't waste your time.

UPDATE: After posting my review, I was contacted by the store manager and offered a store credit for my inconvenience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I Am looking for a gas cooktop and the gentleman answered all my questions and even printed off information about the appliance I was interested in. When I decide to purchase it will most likely be from Tri-Supply

I had a very successful transaction on a custom door this year. However, last year I wasn't so lucky. Hit or miss I'd say.im giving them 4 stars overall because the acknowledged the error and did better this time. That's all you can ask of people. They made a mistake and learned from it. The recent transaction was perfectly smooth.
