Tropicalaser

Very unhappy with the service provided. I got the laser hair removal and it had barely any results. I went for about 8 sessions in total. After being unhappy with my first set of sessions they told me I needed to get MORE sessions which I did and still no results. I'm a perfect candidate. Very fair skin with dark hair. I had multiple different technicians throughout my sessions which wasn't very comforting. Many times they would be training someone new on me. My back had horrible patterns on it and I was burnt. One tech would do one side and the trainee would do the other side so it was very inconsistent. I will attach photos after the review.
They didn't even provide me proper eye protection!! They gave the glasses to the second tech and made me wear some metallic eye covers with cotton balls under them which was quite unsettling and uncomfortable. When I mentioned in passing that they should get another pair of glasses for the patient they said "do you know how much those things cost?" I guess safety is a hefty price to pay...My concerns were normally quickly discarded so I just stopped going with a few sessions left. I called attempting to get refunded for my remaining services since they were unsuccessful and I had to move out of state to help a family member and was told no refunds. Oh well, hopefully this review helps someone not waste their time and money. It was also very hot in the room, and the machine always seemed to run out of the Co2 coolant when I arrived so I had to wait for it to be loaded and the machine to warm up. I don't see the point of appointments if you won't have the equipment ready. Don't get fooled by the old generic reviews people gave. Bottom line, save your money or just keep shaving. I spent thousands and still have to shave anyway.

Rude ppl.. Cant answer questions.. Give you a certain pricing and cant stick to it and then ask you to get lost when they don't have answers.. They feel like you waste their time if you don't pay them what they are asking for and pressurise you to make a decision right there.. Terrible business!! Have too many rules for clients and no manners or professionalism or rules for themselves.. Are closed almost 4-5days a week sometimes even if there is very lil snow so don't expect to ever get an appointment. They think they are the only place doing laser. Christine(woman at the reception) is extremely rude and brainless. Christine( the one who does the consultation) thinks her each hour is more worth than giving you a proper consultation and is extremely cunning and pressurising. Worst staff ever!!!!!!!

Everyone here is very courteous and professional. The laser treatments by Christine greatly reduced embarrassing facial hair. Convenient free parking.

Just finished my last session and I could not be happier. Everyone here is so wonderful and helpful. From the minute you walk in for your consultation to the minute you leave your last appointment they make sure it is a pleasant experience and the results are amazing!
