Very happy so far. I switched insurance a couple of years ago from a company that I could never get a hold of. I would always get an answering machine and they would take days to call me back.

I just got off the phone with Derek who picked up on the second ring (no automated answering device - I hate those things). He knew exactly what I had an issue with and how to take care of it. The whole call took less than a minute. Great customer service!

Very shady. Dragged thier feet on my refund (been almost a month now). They talk of the automated processes they have in place to speed up the customer service end (e-signatures). What good are those processes if they sit on the results of those "automated features"?

Case in point: On 9-1-2016, after a couple days of asking for the emailed refund form, I finally recieved the e-signature form and returned it to them (via the same email they sent it to me). According to them, all they had to do was forward that email to a corporate processing site. On 9-21-2016, I called that corporate site for the reason of the hold up (no refund). They informed me that nothing was recieved from Trunnell and my refund hasn't even been started (They were even asking me about the stauts of my next month's payment!).

Total B.S., I am going to contact the IL department of insurance to get involved.

Avoid this Agency.

Anthony Trunnell has helped me with my insurance for over 10 years. I have watched his company grow, and they have helped me save money several times. If my policy went up, or something came available that was better, they were proactive to let me know about it. I shopped for quotes with of exact comparable plans from other insurance companies once (such as Geico, State Farm, etc.) and found that I saved a lot of money using the insurance company Trunnell Insurance Services suggested.
