This place has the worst customer service.
it is a shame as they actually do a good job when you are willing to sit around for hours and get in.
they don't take appointment and you get there and every time they say 45 minutes and busy. Then you call and they tell yikes to come and then tell you they are busy.
They need to work on their customer service skills and stop making people feel like they are doing you a favor.
not convenient and rude.

My first time here with a friend. I will never return and advised my friend to find somewhere else to go. The guy was rude and ignorant. He was upset I guess because I did not want the gel pedicure only wanted the regular pedicure. He cleaned the foot scrubber in the same water as I was having my pedicure in. Yuk! that is unsanitary and gross! I will let state board know about my experience. Learn ENGLISH, for it is the primary language here in the US. You need to know it and speak it well so you are not confused or uncertain. Treat ALL customers as if you were the customer for we keep you in business. My money matters!

this place is horrible and it was the worst $85 pedicure I ever spent! the lady told me it would be $55 but it was $30 more and the entire pedicure I got talked about between the owner and her daughter. the owner also cut the heck out of my toe leaving me to be bleeding and burning the entire time while she told her daughter that it was fine because I don't have pretty toes anyways. I also told them I wanted regular polish and she insisted that I get gel instead and also bullied me into getting the deluxe pedi when all I needed was a basic pedi! worst experience ever and if I was you I would never go there.

If I can rate this a 0/5 I would... the customer service was horrendous, employees RUSHHH through your appointment... like my pedicure took 10 minutes because it was not properly done, shaped, or painted well (LITTERALLY the paint looked chunky on my toes), I went to get my tips done as well and the lady who was doing it was jumping back and forth to different customers (NOT washing her hands or using any hygiene between)... she also rushed through as well leaving my tips uneven, poorly shaped and chunky... OHHH AND topping on the cake was when she was leaving me for another customer she had the NERVEEE to ask me to help call her customers that are on the waiting list to come in... are you kidding me??? Aren't I the customer? I don't work for you!!!! Oh and charged me 95$ for this shit job... so expensive. So rude.... I don't know how this business is still running. SAVE UR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! I legit had to go to ANOTHER salon right after for them to FIXXX what I just got done there... money down the drain... beware.

Terrible communication. Very difficult to make an appointment. Nobody working to accommodate clients.

I went to TT for the first time yesterday. I asked for a full set and fir them to be a little on the shirt side. The tech applied the tips and trimmed them- perfect length. After applying the acrylic, i didn't realize how much of the length she continued to remove. When I left the salon I wasn't pleased but said it was ok and left a generous tip. After really looking at my nails they were awful! Not only were they too short, they were EXTREMELY THICK and orb looking. They weren't shaped evenly either. I thought to myself- I'll go have them redo my nails after work today. There was a sign at the register stating that if you have any issues with your nails they'll fix it within three days. The tech proceeded to tell me all she would do was grind some acrylic off. That for her to redo them, I'd have to pay. I've never been more angry and disgusted with a nail salon as this place. Save your money and time and take your business elsewhere.

My nails were beautiful......and pedicure fabulous. I took a very long time before I wrote this review.....because I was pleased with the outcome. However, the entire time I was serviced Tara was on the phone talking.....1 hour and 45 minutes! I was appalled at the rudeness and unprofessionalism. I am writing this review to help......please take this heart so you do not lose good customers.

It was the absolute worst nail experience ever! I've waited a week to decide if maybe it was an initial shock but they are terrible. The lady that did my nails was rude and laughed at other customers and glued my nails and then ripped off the ones that didn't fit instead of sizing first. I had to tell her multiple times what I wanted and it seemed like a bother every time. And I asked for a coffin shape which she obviously can't do but charged me extra for. And my nails are left lumpy and looking terrible just save your money because you'll have to go somewhere else to get them fixed anyway.

I will NEVER get my nails done at this awful salon EVER again. I got my nails done here a week ago and after a week my nails were hurting so bad I couldn't take it so I took the dip powder off. When I soaked them off and looked at them I wanted to cry when I saw that two of my nails were extremely bruised and two of them were cracked and peeling. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER step foot in this salon because I would never want what happened to my nails to someone else. If I could give this salon negative reviews I would. I attached pictures of my nails before I soaked them off as well as after.

***UPDATE: the "bruising" on my nails are not bruises. The "bruising" actually got worse so I had to go to a dermatologist. She diagnosed me with pseudomonas and had to be placed on a 4 week treatment. AVOID THIS PLACE****

I just got my nails and toes done and I absolutely love them, they're exactly what I asked for. They are a bit expensive but if you have the extra cash I highly recommend going to TT's
