T&T Nails And Spa is close to home and my nails are perfect and beautiful. Everyone always tells me my nails are gorgeous Thanks to Ben and his team. Very laid back and sparkling atmosphere. Prices are not posted and fluctuate by client. Walkins are accepted I paid $45 for a gel pedicure that I did notask for. I asked for regular. Someone else paid $30. So hard finding a new quality nail salon.

Love it here!!! I won't go anywhere else! They do great work and are good people very clean and helpful. Been going for a while and my same nail tech Cass has become a friend of mine

They literally made me leave at 7:00 pm and closed the salon.my nail paint hadn't even dried up. The manicure was the worse I've got done in my whole life. Nails weren't shaped, she just kept cutting then as if she was having fun with scissors.
There was no massage no exfoliating nothing done .

Well.... I am not sure if making an appointment would mean anything. I came in at my appointment time. And was told to have my pedicure started. As the person i requested to do my nails already had someone seated and doing their nails. Meanwhile after over an hour of my pedicure and being done I am now sitting here waiting 20mins for my nail tech James to complete someone else's nails that he said would be 5-10mins and it's been an hr and half since he has started her nails. Make it make sense? This is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and poor time management. Oh and this is my first time here! Great job on my pedicure but i am still sitting here waiting for my nails to be done. Pointless to make an appointment.

I went for the first time ever two days ago and the service was done by a guy who was very nice and did an okay job. I paid $65 + $5 tip for a gel manicure and pedicure. The day after one of the diamonds on my nail fell off, so i went and told them the guy that did them the first time (station 4- cant remember his name) was a gentlemen and said "give me a few minutes and i will fix it at no charge" but then another guy apparently at the front desk, could be the owner ? I dont know, he said let me see your nails and started fixing them from there he was very rude and what he put on my nail wasnt the same diamond and when i said thank you he walked away. Horrible experience!

Don't bother going here. Unprofessional and unsanitary.

Went here with a group before a wedding. Disappointing experience for everyone. Several of us got gel manicures but they only lasted two days! The manicurist did not appropriately file the nails before applying the gel I believe. (Usually gel should last at least a week if not two or three) The manicurists were also talking about the customers in a rude/mean way! (The only reason I know this is that someone in our party spoke Vietnamese and could understand what they were saying about us, including teasing one of our party for her weight.) Worst of all, they reused the nail clippers and equipment across multiple guests without sanitizing. I think I could have let one of these issues slide, but all together I felt it important to share my negative experience with this business.

BEWARE RACIST! People of color spend your money elsewhere!!!! I went to be serviced at this location and was never greeted when I came in the door. I took a seat and waited in my turn only for a Caucasian woman to come in and be serviced ahead of me. The one woman who I was told her name was CASSIE, greeted her laughed and joked with her and barely even recognized me when I came in for service. I was told she had an appointment. However, that appointment was for 11 AM and I had been there since about 10:20 AM. She then called me back to the pedicure area gave me cold water and did not inquire about the temperature. After feeling the cold water, I asked for the manager and was told he's not here and I don't know when he's coming in. I then asked for a towel and proceeded to wait outside for the manager. I told him the story and he was very disrespectful to me and disregarded my concern about her taking the woman in front of me and walked away. I have been a customer for two years and I will never return for services here. The lack of communication and disregard for how you render services is atrocious. I will be warning everyone I can about this place! Stay away I'm

I went there on December 22nd 2016, for a full set. Used my Christmas giftcard. I got coffin style nails which they charge an extra 7$ well in didn't know that until after my nail were done. So I only had $35. They said it's om come back to pay later. I said ty I'll be back Friday. Well I went back Friday and gave them 10$ told them to keep it for letting me go.l the other daymmmm no more then a week has past and all my nails fell off! Then tried to tell me in have to repay to redo my nails they messed up on! I will never go here ever again!

I've been to this nail salon twice so far and I will continue to go. Today's experience was great. I was hesitant about having someone new do my nails but I have him a shot anyway. Tom did such a great job; he took his time and was very detailed. He made sure I was satisfied with my nails and left happy. I did.
