The level of care at Twins Chiropractic is phenomenal. I've been going here regularly to get adjusted by Dr. Small and he's absolutely the best at what he does and also a very kind soul.

The front desk receptionists are always friendly and super happy to assist.

Been going to Twins for the past 2 years now and every time I come in for adjustment, I truly get adjusted. The office is clean and well kept, the receptionists are friendly and the doctors actually listen to your concerns.

My hubby and I adore Dr. Smalls! He gets out all the knots out and can crack us like a glow stick. Glad to have found this place to maintain our health.

Jennifer's acupuncture session was truly exceptional. Her gentle approach and expertise made the experience entirely painless, which was a first for me. Her skills and demeanor were truly amazing, and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking acupuncture treatment at twins!

I was referred to here after I got into a traffic collision and have been going to Twins to get my treatment. I have never had this type of care before and after going here a couple of times, I think I am obsessed! The feeling after each visit is absolutely great and the doctor listens to your concerns. Highly recommend getting chiropractic care at Twins!

I am truly thankful for the people at Twins in Garden Grove, from the ladies in the front setting up the appointments and helping with scheduling to the Drs and chiropractors who work their magic on each patient. This hasn't been my first time coming to this location, so I am quite familiar with the professionalism and attention to detail the workers take. It makes the process so much easier when you have people who care about your well being and want you to feel better and that's what makes this place a gem. From day 1 the office staff has been very helpful. I have been to several doctors in 2 different offices and I love how I feel after my visits. I especially like Dr. Small. He's always asking me questions to treat my specific symptoms and never rushes me off the table. He's always friendly and professional. I have now been coming to Twins Chiropractic for 2 years and definitely recommend them.

Very glad my wife was able to find twin chiropractor. All the doctors are very knowledgeable I've learning a lot of how the body works from DR. Phillip and Dr. Timmy. Came in with pain on the side of my knees and lower back pain as I was driving, when the pain would start I had to pull over because I was unable to drive. After a couple of adjustments I started feeling better going through treatment and keeping up with there recommendations, I've now been able to drive pain free. PS staff is very friendly.

I made an appointment for June 3rd with Dr. David on the website for 9:30 AM.
I went in, did the paperwork and everyone at the front desk was nice to me.
Of course, the waiting period was long, but I am patient. When it was my turn to be called. I went in and entered the treatment room. I was expected to see Dr. David show up, but it was another doctor. I was confused because I thought I was getting the doctor I booked for.

He asked me questions and I don't know if he was taking me all THAT seriously. I know I am 22 years old and should not be having back problems. However, I was diagnosed with scoliosis by my pediatrician as a child, according to my mom.
Of course, I did not had back pain as a child. The pain started pretty recently. I have been waking up this back pain everyday for 2 years and I don't think it is normal. It was been effecting my life dealing with this pain, sitting and laying for long periods of time. The pain even radiates to both of my shoulders and make my left calf numb from various activities.

I paid $50 for the X-Ray and first adjustment. I never got the adjustment. He just told me to do some stretches and point out my pain and did a couple pokes with his finger on my back. Even though it might be my first time going to a chiropractor, I know what an adjustment is.
It is not a few finger pokes.
He pointed out tightness on my neck, mid back, and lower back.
Also, he said that my legs are not even due to something in my back.
I knew my back was pretty messed up due to the years of having no chiropractic care.

So, we went and took the x-rays. The scoliosis was prominent and he said one of my bones near the bottom of my spine is not fuse correctly.

He said this was normal within Asian genes and tried to normalize it. That is what the other doctors did to me (*coughs* Bolsa Medical - they said it was too late to do anything when I was diagnosed with scoliosis for the second time in my life).

Then he just told me to make my next appointment.

I've noticed he's concerned with the cost of the treatment. Saying that it can go upwards of 2,000 dollars.

I do not have PPO because I cannot afford it. However, I can pay per session because I have a job that pays pretty well.

He was saying I should look into PPO and that it is expensive.

Yes, I know and I do have the money for it even though I am "young."

Think I will find somewhere else that does not make me feel like I was being judged.

I have been going to Twins since October after my car accident and they have helped with managing my pain a lot. Everyone who works here is so nice and remembers you. I love coming here! They always help me feel a million times better after I leave.
