I came here as a new client for a lash fill. I obviously had lashes on from a previous place which I had a terrible experience from. I was lucky enough to be scheduled with Pam!

I had told the previous location that I would like a cat eye look but both times I got them done there, they were just ok. Never got a cat eye look like I wanted. They were all the same length and volume.

Pam was EVERYTHING the previous place wasn't. Informing, she literally put my eye shape into consideration and mapped out what length of lashes would be placed where. She even informed me that my eyelashes have cowlicks in them, which I never knew... and because of it my lashes needed to be placed a different way for longevity. She got all sciencey on me and I loved it. I had every bit of confidence in her.

Then when it was complete she was SO excited and proud of her work and to show me her art! There's nothing better when an artist is CONFIDENT in their work. And I agreed with her! My lashes were everything I wanted from the beginning that the other place failed to do.

Not only that but the place in general is awesome on the inside. They bring the outside in, with all sorts of plants and woodsy vibes. My mom even said that it was the most welcome she's ever felt at any salon, and she was just there waiting for me. They showed her where the bathroom was and that they had coffee and tea. My mom also pointed out that every seemed very "family" like. That's what this place makes you feel like. Very welcomed and excited to play glam with you!

I'll be going here for the long haul! Highly recommended!

I have been coming to this salon for a while and just love it! Angie is the best and is the queen of color and a solid expert with extensions. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair, which is why I still travel to Columbus to get my hair done no matter where I've lived - Chicago, Miami and now Northeast Ohio.

Got a volume lash fill with Pam and I gotta say it feels amazing to finally find my lash person out here!!! Very awesome work, done in just over an hour and i absolutely love them!! I love that you can go to this place for so many different services as well so I'm excited to try those out soon.

Amazing atmosphere with Uber talented staff members who offer a wide variety of services!

$1,700 down the drain!!! I went to Angie to get a new set of Great Lengths hair extensions, she assured me they would be the same as my current extensions (which lasted 4 months). The extensions she put in were different that my original ones and within two weeks over half of the hair had broken off or fallen out! I looked horrible. I sent Angie pictures and messages showing her the problem. I went back to the salon and brought all the hair in a bag. Angie admitted it was bad and then tried to blame the weather, that someone else cut them out, and kept asking me if I colored my hair (I had no one else work on my hair and didn't color it). She suggested I buy more hair from her to fill in all the bald spots. While I was there she was supposed to color my roots and ended up turning ALL my hair from light brown to black cherry red! I left the salon with my hair wet and cried in the car. She said the color didn't work because I had a sinus infection?! She will not give me any of my money back (not even the $250 tip)!! She recently offered to put new extensions in but I would have to have my hair color corrected first and there is no way I will let her work on my hair again. I told her I want at least a partial refund or I will take the new extensions she buys to a different salon. She has since not responded. I am shocked that as the owner she won't even refund me half of the $1700.

Invariably every time I move, I have had a struggle with finding someone to cut my naturally curly hair. It took me three years and about 12 hairdressers to find Shannon at Twistyle. Everyone wants to cut it as if it is straight and it just looks terrible after about a week. Shannon at Twistyle does a great job with my hair and I have a cut that can last longer than the time it takes me to drive home. In addition, I always tip her a huge amount because the hair cut is so darn inexpensive that I am happy to give her the money since I have easily paid twice as much for a horrible cut.

On a side note, I got my eye brows waxed before a cut, and I can't recommend that as much. It just was a 10 second wax job where she just used wax and did not tweeze to touch things up. I don't think I will be back for the waxing!

Love love love Allie!! I'm very particular about my hair cut and color, and am so glad I found Twistyle and Allie! After having been to Salon Lofts in Short North and Charles Penzone Spa- nothing can compare to Twistyle and their services. Allie does an outstanding job every time and the prices are perfect :) Nothing but raves for this place!

That Salon is amazing . Everyone is so free spirited and kind. You can get ur hair done, ur nails. Even tattoos and piercings. Iove this place. Go twistyle!!!

Angie is awesome! I've been coming here since college. She is alwaya fun, efficient, and great with keeping my hair in style. Her salon is relaxing bohemian style. She is also great with my 3 yr old daughter's curly locks. Highly recommend!!

O Megan! After our first visit I was blown away, the second sold on your coloring skills, now, the 3rd...YOU ARE FOREVER my go to girl! Yesterday I went in thinking we would just do a spring highlight and keep my long lush locks. Then a Lob happened and I am SOO happy, I am loving the way she knows exactly how my hair will lay and cuts it so I can maintain the look I wanted! I am so happy and can't wait to go back for my next style!
