This office doesn't deserve 1 star in my opinion. I went in middle of February for abdominal pain. Stefanowitz ordered a ultrasound. 7 months later they call to schedule it at radiology? No follow up whatsoever from the primary care office staff or the doctor in between. Then out of the blue radiology just calls? I then call their office and they blame the radiology office and tell me that if they don't get results back they won't follow up with me. What kind of practice is that? What kind of doctors office doesn't follow up with their patients? And this visit was to establish care for crying out loud.... Go somewhere else. This office doesn't care about its patients if this is how they normally treat them.

The gentleman at the front desk was so incredibly kind and helpful. The Dr. was equally as kind, thorough and quick and got my daughter taken care of. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I can't thank them enough from a mom who had zero sleep. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you!!!

I had gotten very sick and for several days had high temperatures. The day I went into UCHealth I had a 104 temperature earlier in the day which really concerned me. I went to the urgent care to get any treatment or help that I could after I had slept off my fever and got the energy to go in. At 1:30 I had signed in and waited in the waiting room. I had watched the room fill up twice and everyone after me be called in before they ever called me. It was up around a two hour mark when someone decided to finally see me. Then I sat in another office for about an hour and a half with only having talked to a nurse for about 5 minutes. They did run test for flu as well as strep but in the end everything came up negative. They told me that I had a viral infection and just go home and sleep it off and if I did not feel better in a few days to go find a doctor to do bloodwork. This was the biggest waste of time I have ever had in my life at a doctors. I just had 104 temperature less than 24 hours ago and I got zero treatment and was told to sleep and drink fluids. Why did I pay money for a four hour time suck. I have never posted a review in my life. I felt obligated after this experience that I had to post this. I've been a construction superintendent Castle rock for 10 years. I have built many homes for lot of great people coming into this town for the past ten years. I will make it a point to let them know of my experience with UHC Health.

Chris, we're sorry you had this experience and we appreciate you sharing your concerns. We offer reserving your space in line for all visitors, however it is not an appointment. It is the estimated time that a visitor will be seen once their registration is complete. Registration is completed upon arrival to a clinic. People who have checked in after other visitors, but have critical conditions may be evaluated before other visitors. We truly apologize for any inconvenience and will share your feedback with our patient experience team.

This place was great when it first opened... those first couple of years. We have our PC here and things seemed great. Recently... well, this place has really gone down hill. It's the front office and nurses that speak to you on the phone. They are terrible; impatient, condescending, unkind and simply rude. They don't exhibit any kind of empathy or sincere care for how you're feeling. On one occasion, the front desk person giggled at my son's pain as he walked into the office. Shameful. Another thing that needs to be changed is the paperwork they send home with you after your visit. The page concerning the medications that you are supposed to be taking is very unclear. I called and asked about why this is so unclear, they told me that it's a computer issue and that they can't fix it. (See photo) You would think that the page explaining your medications would be a top priority, when it comes to being clear for the patient. Having a page explaining how you are to take your medications must be clear, otherwise it is dangerous. This place has proven to be a disappointment on several occasions. I'm convinced that we need to find a new primary care office. It's unfortunate, because this place in so close to our house.
The only reason this place gets any stars from me at all, is due to the excellent doctors we've encountered there. Namely, Dr Ryan Sharp and Dr Mihir Patel. Both are very professional and knowledgeable.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I've had to take my little (almost 2 year old) to this urgent care a few times for various illnesses. Ear infections, bronchitis, and most recently Covid. The staff here are AMAZING. Particularly Dr. Ryan Sharp. My daughter has a pretty big fear of doctors and nurses. Like most kids she hates shots and has decided any time we're at a hospital or doctor's office that she would melt down and be very uncooperative. Dr. Ryan was so gentle and easy with her. He really took the time to make her feel as comfortable as he possibly could and it was a HUGE relief! Also, really cool to note that they can test for Covid in office and we got her results in less than an hour. I really can't say enough good things. I'm so thankful to have a place so close that cares about their patients!

Every time I have come here, the techs and Doctors have done an excellent job. I have had a few issues here and there in the past 2 years, unfortunately for me including today. The Doctor took immediate action to get me antibiotics and help me. I could not be more pleased with the care staff here. Thank you all for the hard work you do!

I am a veteran of both the us army & us navy. i have full coverage health care coverage from the va. i thank god for this. us health services va members. however, we have to call for approval to be seen.....that's fine. i called for approval and got it....hence why i was seen by the doctor. now they are saying i owe $360 plus for a 5 min appt because i did not have approval. the only way for me to be seen by a doctor was to have this approval. i was on the phone with the va at the office at the time of the appointment...the staff talked with the va getting the approval code...now everyone has no recollection of the event putting me in collections!!! lucky us as veterans, we have a department dedicated to this unjust billing events...they are working on my behalf and for that i am eternally grateful!
update ushealth are now saying the va asked me to call them back because they were not giving out approval for outside care....odd as i got approval hence once again i got approval telling me i have to call 2 different #s leaving me on hold for 2 hours!! if i did not approval i would not have been seen. this is crazy!! us health got the approval...lost the approval billed late and now im left holding the bill because of their billing practices.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

I was able to find an appointment at this Urgent Care during the Christmas wave of Covid and influenza. The staff was very professional and actually welcoming, explaining everything they were doing with a pleasant attitude. The doctor that treated me returned from retirement to help with short staffing, which is so selfless. I highly recommend this facility, and thank them for their amazing care.

I went in to get tested for possible strep, covid and uti. The medical assistant who took me back was incredibly rude, when I asked to be covid tested he said that he would swab me but it's up to the dr if they actually tested for it. I work as a CNA in a LTC facility and I need to be extra safe. After getting swabbed I waited for over 40 minutes I was told I have a uti but they didn't bother to test for strep. They told me it would take at least another 30 minutes for the results so I asked that they call me. I never thought it would be so difficult to get tested for strep and covid.
