They are friendly and the wait is not too long. They seem to know what they are doing and make it relatively quick and painless. I guess I'm a fan if there is such a thing. Lol. Delicious !

Had appointment at 11 and waited up to an hour before I walked out because they'd tell me 10 more minutes every 20 min... I sat there for an hour waiting to be seen, still no one. But all the other rooms around me are seeing the doctor. That's absolutely bullshit on how to treat a sick patient. Then the nurse says " your appointment wasn't an appointment, it's an urgent care". how sad! Tell your patients a wait time and not tell them just a few minutes when it's an hour long wait.

It is the estimated time that a visitor will be seen once their registration is complete. Registration is completed upon arrival to a clinic. People who have checked in after other visitors, but have critical conditions may be evaluated before other visitors. Mandy Hartman is an AMAZING PA. I followed her from Windsor to UC Health Urgent Care. She was kind and very professional. I was taken care of quickly but felt heard and understood.

Worst facility I have ever been to. Spent three hours in this teeny tiny little urgent care waiting to see a doctor, no one else was there, I have pink eye and just need to get a prescription for it, they didn't even examine my eyes, just took my word for it after sitting in a room for three hours. They hand me my paper work and say my prescription is ready to be picked up, drive the to the pharmacy and it's not there so I call urgent care and they say "oops we called it in the pharmacy a few miles down the road, sorry about that". Drive to the next pharmacy, still no prescription, call urgent care back and talk to someone else, they apologize and say "looks like the prescription was never called in we'll get on that right now". So i do some grocery shopping for 40 minutes to kill time, go back and check and they STILL hadn't called it in. If you've ever had pink eye you know how irritated your eyes are, it's hard to see out of them and now I get to wait an hour for the pharmacy to fill my prescription .
