Charlene and the staff at Ugly Duct Cleaning are awesome! I called to have service on ductwork cleaned in a condo and they did an incredible job. They came out when they said and even sent pictures when the job was done.
They provide excellent service and best of all excellent communication!!

Excellent company! Professional, on time and courteous. Would NEVER use another company. They were honest about the frequency of my next service versus another company I had used 3 years ago, which never did half of what they charged me for. Ugly Duct is locally owned and a company based on integrity!

Linda B.Hilton Head Island, SC32321Oct 3, 2018Our HOA here at Fiddlers Cove on Hilton Head Island decided to replace all the dryer vents in all units this year. Ugly Duct Cleaning got the contract and began the work this month. The crew did our condo yesterday and was quick, clean and efficient. Jeremy and his two crew members Timmy and Rick were friendly and personable and explained the work that was done. A separate contractor, Bob, came today and patched the ceiling where the vent was cleaned. He too did a great job. We greatly appreciated their professional and friendly service.

He suggested that I change the registers (which I wanted to do, but hadn't had a chance to do!). He had one of his guys get them and installed them for me! After they cleaned the duct work, it was the first time since our major remodel (2 weeks prior) that I turned on the AC and the furniture wasn't covered with dust in two hours! I highly recommend this service. It was at a fair price and everyone was very professional!
