I went in for a late night repair on my iphone after it was smashed. they replaced the LCD and screen protector on the same visit in a timely manner.

This store is a scam. They swapped out my original iPhone 12 display without my consent!

Went to the store on Tuesday, 4/23, at 6pm for an iPhone battery replacement, was told that it will take 30 minutes for the job. Then another customer came in 5 mins later complaining the ear piece didn't work after the repair so the guy just dropped my phone and spent all the time fixing the other phone. At 6:45pm, he finished the other customer's phone and I asked him how long it would take for the battery replacement, he said he was on it and it would take another 5 mins.

Then 15 mins later (7pm) he came back and told me that my screen protector had a crack so he gave me a new one for free. But then I realized that my phone display is not the same anymore because of the COLOR was dimmed and lost all the shapeness. Then I went to SETTING and found out that I have TWO error messages. Both telling me about the UNKNOWN PART as it's no longer a genuine part from Apple. One is for the Battery and the other for the Display. He obviously swapped out my display.

I asked that guy why it's showing the message and that guy said it's normal and it will go away after the battery is fully charged. Since I need to rush home I didn't argue. The next few days I tried to call and text the store and tried to get my original display back, they just wouldn't reply or answer. I am getting ready to take it to small claim court for this.

The worst experience ever. My phone was not repaired properly and the guy refused to take care of it and refunds me.
In response to the owner reply, all I can say is that he tells his customers that they are open 7 days from 11 am 9 pm but then he shows up to the shop when ever he wants and he always has a different excuse. Last time I was there he refused to tfinish the job and he threated me to leave or else....
Bottom line dont do business with this person...

Sean is the name of the guy here who took our iPad and never wanted to return it. He claimed that it's not fixable and we asked for it back because there are infos in it...he never answered my phone nor was he at the shop...it's been a week and we couldn't get a hold of him. We kept coming to the shop with hope to see him there to get our iPad back but the shop was closed and he was nowhere to be found.

Update: we were able to get our iPad back without its case but we were happy to finally get it back. We won't come back to this place.

If you want to get your phones screen scratched multiple times then this is the place to go. Very shotty business, have a few brand new scratches on the front of my screen.

Back in December, I came by this store because I cracked the screen on my iPhone. I was happy with the service then and gave him a good Yelp review. Fast forward a few months later (this week), I cracked the screen again so I reached out to him for another screen replacement. This second visit the service was not the same. As a matter of fact, it was horrendous. I called and asked him if I could come by his store to replace the screen on my iphone. He said yes and asked me to bring it by his shop. I drove tire to meet him and he asked me to let him work on it and to return back in an hour and a half. I went to grab dinner and returned to the store at the agreed time. He wasn't there and I had to wait another hour or so. Later when I returned home, I realized that the screen on my iPhone would glitch whenever I put it on a wireless charger. I called and texted him multiple times the next day but he didn't respond. Several days passed and I called again, he finally answered. I told him about the problem with the screen glitching whenever I put it on a wireless charger. He asked me to bring it by his store later that day. I went back to his store but he couldn't fix the problem. He asked me to go back to his shop the following day (today) since he needed to get another part to fix the charger on my iPhone. He told me he would be at his shop till 8pm. I drove back to his store at 6:45pm today and waited for almost an hour. He wasn't there. I called and texted him but he didn't respond. I wasted so much of my time going to his store over and over. He replaced my screen but now I can't charge my iPhone on a wireless charger. I suggest that you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The owner is flaky. Worst of all, your phone may have more problems after he works on it and you will end up having more issues than before. BEWARE!!!

Sean is amazing he was able to save all my important documents and he is very professional!! definitely would go to him for all my future needs!

Check the post photo, it's pretty clear that he didn't use laser as his quote to remove the back screen.
From the hitting point, I believe he smashed with screws or small hammer.
He might thought he can use another back screen to cover all this up. Unfortunately, I get the chance to redeem my phone back from the part time employee. That's how I can share all these evidence.

Beside that, be alert when you enter his store if you are not satisfied with work. He has been consistently threatening me.

Do not Do Business with this company they will not refund your money and hold on to your Unpaired Item. Don't fall for the scam that they will send it to their of state store in New York.
I am taking them to small claims court in the amount of $650.00 For failure to return my money back none repairs and breach of contract. I will provide video evidence of my claim and I ...
These guy's are totally corrupt and they will not stand.
