Best in town always go there take all my cars and trucks there for service wheels and tires lighting

I left my car for an allignment in the morning and they told me it will be ready to pick up in 1 hr. They finally let me know around 5 pm the car was ready. I asked if they saw something that I should know in the suspension area and the employee said that everything looked fine, He said that the tires were rotated and they didn't see anything I should be worried about,
When I drove back home I realized that the vehicle was still shaking moving side to side, I went back and they said I need to buy new tires so I took the car to Discount tires ad they told me my tires were just fine. I ended up taking the car to another mechanic and when they removed the tires the first thing the saw was a broken strut leaking oil. If Underground Customs actually worked on my car it would have been impossible to miss this issue. In other words they charged 100 dlls for just keep my car sitting there the entire day. No wonder wahy this busiess has so many bad reviews. Definetely I wont go back there again.

I had my vehicle done here, and when I came to pick it up, my purple bag for my horse was missing. They did nothing about it to help me other than ask a few other employees if they had seen it. They did not try to make it right either.

My family and I are road tripping from California to El Paso, TX. Half way through the trip we blew a tire and with our spare tire we limped it to Tucson, AZ where we stayed the night since it was late. We called 8 different tire places in the morning, but noone would service our vehicle since we had aftermarket oversized (24") rims. We found this place and spoke with Armando. The guy was amazing and treated my family with much respect. He gave us a great deal on two new tires for our vehicle to get us back on the road. Didnt take long to wait for the service to be done either. Great people, great service, especially Armando. He made us feel very comfortable in a city that we never have been to. Thank you again guys!

Previous owners were great but since new owners took over the customer service has diminished. It is a convenient place to buy wheels and tires but I would much rather drive to the old owner's new location on the East side.

Scheduled an appointment and let them know I was driving 1 1/2 hrs to be there... they said it wasn't a problem and it would be about 3-4hrs for the alarm install... fast forward to arriving for my appointment at which time they told me I'd have to drop it off FOR THE DAY and they'd let me know when it was done... leaving me stuck in tucson with no ride and nothing to do... Yea.. NOPE... wouldn't recommend them if they can't even keep thier word and just tell you something to get you in the door...

Don't waste your money. I had my brand new truck for only a few months before I took it into this place. I just wanted new nice bigger tires and rims with no rub. They put 33s on my truck with a 2.5in level and promised no rub and not void any warranties. It was rubbing before I left their lot, so to fix it they took a saw-saw to my truck and literally chopped into my truck without even telling me and then took speaker felt to cover up their nasty handy work. My warranty is now probably void due to frame damage as well. Stay away from this place, spend the extra money and go to 4 wheel parts or somewhere else.

Going in to purchase /install your audio system you will get good customer service.. Going in to redeem your warranty purchased items, different story. As I purchased a stereo from them as well as installation with "full warranty" " no matter what it may be" I went to return it as it was defected in the aux input was not working. Without even looking at it, they explained they do not cover that defect as " those go out often" which means there's no point for a warranty. Anyway, the way the owner handled the situation was rude and disrespectful. I will never go there again. And advise everyone I know not to go as well. Go anywhere! But there.
