We had an outstanding experience with Shaun, TJ, Israel and Jorgen from Unicorn Moving and Storage! From start to finish, they made our move a breeze. The team arrived on time, packed our belongings with care, and handled everything professionally. They were efficient and courteous throughout the entire process. My belongings arrived at my new home in great condition. I highly recommend these guys for their exceptional service and stress-free moving experience. When we decided to move away from Austin because we couldn't afford it, our new place was over an hour away. We looked for long distance movers figuring their rates would be more competitive.

Unicorn Moving and Storage gave an estimate for 3 hours and a travel fee (to cover travel there and back after the move that was not included in the 3 hours). Our movers: Robert F and Ryan communicated when they were on their way, when they arrived, and how they planned to tackle the job once they saw everything we needed to pack. They were professional, courteous, respectful, efficient, friendly, helpful, and wonderful to have in a move!! We got everything done within the time frame even with the extra walking they weren't expecting! Unicorn Moving must be doing a great job hiring quality people but treat them well if they have such longevity! Will recommend them to anyone moving within their radius- it was by far the best decision and investment I made in our move!! They took care of us!!

Logan and Carlos did a fantastic job.

This company is a great company. They employ high quality movers. I have used unicorn moving and storage to move from Austin to Houston in 2021 and just recently used them to move back from Houston to Kyle. My movers Logan and Shawn were professional, polite, friendly and extremely careful with my belongings. I would happily repeat business with this company. Logan and Shawn made my very stressful move so much easier, I can't appreciate them enough. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Rey and Caleb did an outstanding job for us, dealing with three flights of stairs, and they did it all with a good sense of humor and high level of care. I would very highly recommend them to anyone needing a professional and speedy move.

Victor and Calab were are movers and you talk about being professional. These two guys were so so good. If you want a great experience in your moving journey, I suggest that you call Unicorn. An extra benefit is that it is veteran owned. I felt the value was excellent. I expected the cost to be higher so this was an additional benefit. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Very efficient move with Israel and Ryan. I was very worried about movers handling some of my large expensive items, but they couldn't have made me feel more secure about the protection of my possessions. Additionally, the front office at Unicorn was able to accommodate my last minute request to change the move to the next day! Highly recommended. I moved half of a large home and storage unit to Florida. Logan and Jose were highly professional and gave our belongs great care. Both Logan and Jose were respectful, and patient making it feel easy and under control. All our communications went smoothly and timely. We will be asking for these gentlemen and Unicorn movers next year when we move the other half of the house. Very grateful and pleased with the whole moving process from first contact to final sign off on contract.

Lloyd, Shawn and Damion arrived on time. We took a walk through of the house and I showed them what I needed them to take to your new house. They started loading and disassembled the beds, dining table, 3 cabinets. They had to take the front door off to get the 2 refrigerators and the washer and dryer out to the truck. They loaded up my big BBQ grill and a ten foot metal wind mill. Plus a bunch of heavy boxes. A lot of chairs and tables.
They were always asking if there was anything else they could take for us.
The new location was 12 miles away and the unloaded and set everything up and were done at 5pm
A very professional company and a very knowledgeable crew. This is the fourth time I have used Unicorn Moving and I highly recommend them.

Now I see why all the 5 star reviews. The entire process from booking to moving was handled so smoothly! Moving house is stressful enough, but Unicorn made me feel taken care of and my move was being handled by pros.
Scheduling with Tammie Thomas was such an easy process. Got a fast quote and got booked on the schedule.
Jim and JoJo showed up right on time and got to work packing up the truck. They were both charming and super friendly. They both kept reminding me that my things were their priority and they were going to take good care of things...and they did. They were fast, but all our items were properly packed and handled with care.
They unpacked into my new house with the same professionalism and friendly attituded. All items arrived in the same condition they were packed. Jim and JoJo were amazing movers!
Will never move my self again! And will definitely be recommending Unicorn to my friends and family making a move.
