Q:
Are shared spaces open to the public?
A:
The front coffee shop area is open to the public and there are some "shared workspaces" there - variables sized tables and chairs etc. Beyond that you are required to reserve areas for a fee and/or membership.

You don't have to be a member to use the shared spaces and get to enjoy pretty amazing coffees, teas, and seasonal rotating specialty drinks like this coffee-tail.... Like a mocktail but coffee based! Parking in back is limited but there's also some street parking.

I didn't know there were any coworking spaces East of LA, so when I discovered this place I was thrilled. It's a cute little chic place with many unique businesses occupying the rooms within the space. There's also a delicious coffee/tea cafe when you walk inside. Loved being able to work here for the day.

Daniella was an expert at getting me in! Big video conference meeting and wanted to deliver a great appearance, Union came to mind, and they jumped right in at offering the perfect space in a quick amount of time. Thank you for helping me knock my meeting outta the park!

My husband rented a flex desk here for a month and after visiting myself I see the value. There are so many different options of types of spaces you can rent and work in. I really enjoyed the iced coffee from the coffee shop which is open to the public . I didn't try the coffee offered for free by union but according to my husband the one they offer is also good.

Union Cowork is a great place for anyone who needs spot to work, study, or host a meeting. They have different tiers of memberships that can fit any plan, from private offices, to student memberships, to day passes.
They even have conference rooms and a lovely event space in the back. The environment is warm and welcoming, very important for a cowork space. They also have a lot of events and projects that seem to keep the space poppin.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike O.Glendale, CA9272Feb 13, 2017First to Review
This is my second experience with a co-working space. I came from WeWork in Pasadena. WeWork has everything dialed in (community services, events, amenities) and they really have set the bar for what a co-working experience can be. That said, Union Cowork in Glendora is new and does have a few kinks to work out, but, nothing that distracts me from the great working environment. They also have a coffee bar (Copa Vita) opening this April 2017 which will put them on a whole new level.
What truly sets Union apart from WeWork is the office design. The offices are bigger, there are no restrictions on how many co-workers you can have in your private office space, and having real drywall walls is a huge plus. WeWork has glass walls throughout the entire facility. This makes it loud, cold, and gives a feeling of being in a fish bowl. There literally is no way to keep your screen away from prying eyes. Unless you get lucky and secure a corner spot.
I'm exited to be apart of the Union Cowork community and love seeing it get better everyday!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rachel L.Anaheim, CA236603833May 19, 2019
Came here to check out this place and I'm so glad I did! This place is spacious and private! There are a lot of small private places where you can study or just chill.
They also have cafe right in front which is perfect for a study session/cram session haha!
Definitely will check out this place when I need an office to study!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jay M.El Monte, CA2883311Oct 19, 2018
good vibes. our team has been working out of this location for about 18 months now and we really dig the cowork space. The community manager and operations team have not only provided our business with a place and space to grow, but also helped us grow by supporting us in our ideas along the way. The vibe is also pretty dope here. You wont find a space like this anywhere in the SGV - and the bland business center style cowork spaces around neighboring cities just dont cut it for us. Also, beer and kombucha on tap.

I run a nonprofit and we've hosted two big events at Union, and held our board meetings and other general meetings in their space. Not only is the space amazing and versatile, EVERYTHING about it makes operating it so easy. From the WiFi to the coffee to the soundproof meeting rooms, every time I'm there, I have everything I need. Stephanie is always so unbelievably helpful and accommodating. While our nonprofit operates in Nairobi, Kenya, Union Cowork makes it possible for us to run it efficiently from Glendora, CA.

Great space for businesses to work, friendly staff, and cool people to work with. The addition of the cafe downstairs is great. If you need office space for ahort or long term, this is excellent.
