We are ready to make your dreams of a UNIQUE, beautiful, functional healthy home come to life. Our primary goal is to provide superior customer service and productivity for our clients. We accomplish that with clear and frequent communication, and check-ins every 3 months for the first year after the work is complete. UNIQUE is “Best of Houzz 2019 Award” Winner. I recommend you take advantage of Reza's amazing gift of design. Which can make an average kitchen pop with cutting edge trends that blend beautifully with the work that he does. They honestly care about you and the quality of work that they do. Its hard to beat them. Call them. They are worth a call to explore your options.

They have extremely shady business practices, they charged us with thousands of dollars of extra fees that we never agreed upon in our final invoice. They relented and continued to add hidden snd quite outrageous reasons for additional fees. In the state of Washington Construction companies have the upper hand if they claim you owe them money and they ended up putting a lein on our house claiming we owed them money that we absolutely did not. Unique's communication, customer service skills and overall customer experience was deeply disappointing. Stay far far away from this company when looking for contractors-not worth the financial headache.

We are overall happy with the vendors that UNIQUE coordinated for the interior kitchen (cabinet company and AXIS countertop company). However, I wish we used a different company to coordinate these services and do the demo/structural build as there was not professional communication, transparent pricing (weeks to get quotes with any change), and the work that the UNIQUE team (other than Jose their senior worker) at times seemed amateur to us. There were multiple mistakes made everyday that we had to document and escalate. Some were fixed, others will remain a problem until we pay someone else to fix them. Reza, the owner, claimed he would be at the job site everyday to ensure integrity, but instead was on average present once every other week, usually at our request. Overall, we're happy with the interior products we chose or UNIQUE coordinated and helped us design, but were not happy with the service from the company that you pay a pretty extreme premium above labor and materials for. Additionally, all of our exterior work looks very sloppy. Food for thought! I hope this helps anyone looking to remodel given how big of an investment it is.

I hired Unique to give my house a facelift. Reza listened to my vision and ideas and then built upon them to make them better. His workers were on time, worked hard, cleaned up each day and did professional work. Amazingly, the job was completed within the original estimated time. I've never had that happen with a home project!
