My daughter and I both have bleeding cuticles from this place. My nails are streaky and awful. $175 down the tube.

Update we went back in and complained. He said it was an accident it happens so we just going around cutting people exposing everyone to each others blood and that's totally cool cause accidents happen.

mike was absolutely incredible during my pedicure. I would've never know it was his first day had he not told me. He made sure I had everything I needed. he took his time to make sure my pedi was perfect.

This was the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done in the 20 years I've been having them done.

I came in for a polish change before a wedding, (Sunday, June 3), and signed in. There was a short wait - no price list anywhere, but in NYC a polish change is around $5-$7 so I expected a similar price point.

The woman who did my change, tried to give me a full manicure, first of all, taking out her file, I said no, just polish. So she removes my old polish and gets started. She used a gross looking base coat and put barely any on each nail. She put a strip down the middle and didn't even go to the edges! I'm side-eyeing this but I wait and see. So she starts with the color and is doing a terrible job.

Her first application was uneven and patchy. One nail, she went over so many times, it was visibly uneven, and she also didn't go to the edge of the nails for this either, on several.

Before she tried to put a top coat on, I told her the one nail was uneven and looked bad, and asked her to redo it. Perhaps it was a language barrier, but she tried to tell me the top coat would fix it. I literally had to pull my hands away from her, talk to another employee, who translated, to explain what the problem was. SHE FINALLY fixed it and started over - and I had to remind her to use the base coat!

When they're finally "dry enough" - because at this point I was very annoyed - I went to pay.

Y'all. $10 for a POLISH change? And that quality? I expressed surprise at the price and a woman sitting nearby said "But they do a heck of a job, don't they!"

No ma'am, they do not. I left a ten on the counter and walked out, across the street to walmart, where I spent $6 on a base coat and nail polish remover, and went back to my hotel to do them myself with a color I had in my bag.

There's not much competition for this place and no one will probably read this, but dang. What terrible service.

Asked for Mani/Pedi, man in a business suit in a commanding way said to sign in and pick out a color. A younger Vietnamese man eventually came out and escorted me to a Pedi chair. He barely spoke a word and was quite brutal but apologetic. I believe everyone deserves a fair chance but I came very close to calling it quits and walking out the door.

During this time I checked out the prices. $25 for Shellac compared to $30 for a full set?!? You've got to be kidding me? I'm sorry but gel polish is not that damn expensive nor is it that difficult of a process. I'll post a pic of their services for all to see.

I was not asked which level of service I wished to receive for my Pedi which was also an annoyance. I don't believe this tech spoke much English. A barely hot towel was draped over my legs for a minute. Then a large dollop of lotion for the massage which was not bad; however it burned like hell on the severely nicked cuticles of my toes. He did a great job painting them, and then brushed his knee across one foot having to redo them again. I was then seated out front under the dryer while everyone proceeded to take care of other customer's nails.

After the service I just received, I'll do my own nails. This place is not worth the time and definitely not worth the money.

On another note, the salon is very dirty with trash overflowing, floors unswept, etc. The state department should really do a thorough inspection here. They never asked about doing my nails. They also charge $1.50 for anyone not using cash.

This nail salon has the worst service I've ever experienced. Several inappropriate and unprofessional things occurred but I will only share a few.

My mother and I went there to get gel manicures and pedicures for my sister's wedding. During our time there, my mother and I received cuts on our hands. I also suffered a cut on my toe. In all cases, the nail tech was carelessly filing and/or cutting our nails while ignoring our requests of "please stop, that hurts" and "I've been cut, I'm bleeding".

Also, during my pedicure, a different nail technician came over to my pedicure chair to take a picture of the rips in the seat's leather covering. She literally laid in my lap and took a picture of the torn chair with her cellphone. I was stunned. I couldn't believe how unprofessional she was.

And finally, when we were checking out, the nail tech used the back of my mom's gift certificate to calculate our cost. He didn't use the cash register. When I questioned the final payment, another tech came over to do the same. This tech came up with a completely different price. I asked her to redo the calculation, and the third time it was much lower than the first two prices, which made sense given the services we purchased.

I still don't understand why they never used the cash register. It was used for a client before us. It made me feel as if they were trying to get over on my mom and I.

I will never go back to that nail salon again.

Wait is long. For a small town, it is decent. Mediocre at best. Some workers are rude some are nice.

Well, I am conflicted. I like that they take walk ins, but my appointment was somewhat of a roller coaster.

Walked in for a pedicure and shellac french manicure. Got seated pretty much immediately for the pedicure, and the chair was nice and the water a good temp. The man doing the pedicure was pretty brutal with the cuticles, but definitely spent a long time shaping and buffing the nails. He put on waaaaayyyyy too much polish, however, so even an hour later the polish is still gucky and wet. It has smudged on one big toe and slid to one side on the other big toe. Not happy about that. The foot massage, however, was lengthy and felt awesome (but I can take a pretty painful massage).

They decided to do the manicure while I was in the ped chair, starting with getting the old shellac off. Instead of the cotton-and-tinfoil method I've seen at literally every other salon, they literally stuck my hands in plastic bags full of acetone. 10 minutes later, I looked over and the acetone was leaking through the plastic bag and eating through the lacquer on the ped chair! All they did was put a towel under the bag....

Other than the strange removal of the shellac, the manicure was pretty good, no complaints there. The prices were not the cheapest I've seen - $65 for everything unless you pay with a card, then it was $68.50 - but not the cheapest, either. I'm new to the area, which was why I tried this place out, but I will probably try to find somewhere a little more.... organized.

My pedicure and manicure were beautiful!!! They customized my nails the way I wanted. Though it was the end of the day and I could tell they were tired they took time to do a professional job and make sure I liked it. Thank you!!!

I have been a customer for 4 years. 1/29/15 I had my nails done and one of the girls came back and whispered something which I did not understand. When I checked out I was charged $84.00. I didn't look at the charge when I signed it and caught it next day on my bank statement. I called and was told my debit card was refused on my last visit. I checked my statement from bank and it was not. I have returned check insurance on my account and no charges were submitted so apparently I paid cash. I asked for the $44. be returned to my account and so far it has not been.
Watch out for this company when you sign for a debit or credit use.
