The only con associated with this business is the street is terribly torn up so kind of hard to access but the staff is great, the selection is great, the prices are great, and they service a bicycle for the first year of ownership. They are bikers who just happen to have a business as well. Great place even for the novice bike rider

The guys working here are very friendly and not overly pushy! They have great knowledge and also have great bikes. I really do think that the bike was a little over priced (website lists the bike at $515 and they were selling it for over $700) but I went with it because it was professionally assembled, rode nicely and was pretty much what I was looking for.

These guys are the best. Hands down. There is no better bike shop in Houston. If they don't have it they'll special order it. No pressure, no hype, no condescension.

I bought my mountain bike from there 6 years ago and moved out of Houston for LA.

Life took me back to TX, bike was in storage for 3 years, tires flat and I didn't know if it needed a tune up.

Took it in today, Israel took a look at it. Filled it with air, greased the chain, and said everything was good. He gave me honest and useful information and didn't even charge me.

Israel and the team here are solid. I've been to them 4 or 5 times in the past 6 years and they are good. This are the best bike shop to visit in Houston bc they will always give you good info.

Stopped in to purchase a new pair of Sidi Road Shoes. Didn't know of the new location. What a pleasant surprise. The store has a nice vibe to it. Designed to consider hanging out before or after a group ride. It's been 4 years since my last visit. I'll be back sooner.

First class service!!! Finally invested in a bike and boy was it worth it! The personal service I received from Jon was top notch! Luckily they are open during quarantine and able to order my beautiful cruiser with little wait time. Seems like buying bikes during quarantine is a necessity so they are helping many others enjoy some outdoor time w some new wheels! I have been enjoying riding my bike around the heights ever since! Thank you Jon and Urban bicycle gallery for being open and taking the time to help my friend and I the cruisers we were looking for!

Looking for a more detailed analysis of my bike after getting hit by a car, they took thorough care, each member was attentive and asked if I was okay and took the time to listen to my concerns. Also free drinks in the corner, which was a fantastic added touch. It's also in a great part of Houston which is accessible in and around the area. Staff is also really cool and a big shoutout to Charles for his bike inspection and help!

I picked up my Raleigh Revere at this bike store because Raleigh sent it over there to be built. This is the best bike store in Houston; their staff is utterly amazing and super helpful to all your biking needs.
Their inventory is huge and they can take you to their storage room so you can see more colours/sizes, and if they don't have that in stock, then they can order that for you.
I am getting ready for more long distance bike riding and for the MS 150 next year and this store (more like a community, tbh!) is getting me prepped for it!

Ps. Their best employees are the two puppers who come and greet you!
