Went and got my eyebrows waxed because of the convenience... the lady burnt my skin so bad.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! WASTE OF MONEY!

I was a walk in about 4 weeks ago or so... I have a wedding this weekend so I went back to get them done again because she did a good job last time... well Bebe talked me out of doing what I wanted to do, which was a dip powder set. She pushed me into doing a full acrylic set which makes my hands hurt. I knew I should've pushed harder but the constant talk about it was really frustrating. On top of that she made my nail crooked. She said my nail is too wide and she was trying to file my actual nail...I don't know? Then she said that I need to ask for wide nails? I don't want flare. I want natural straight nails!
Well then when I said something she mumbled under her breath 'I'm tired, I don't wanna do it again' she thought I couldn't hear her which is very unprofessional. Then offered me $5 off for her not to redo it.

My nails are already chipping. Waste of money!

I am very upset with my nails and my hands are so heavy, I'm going to have to go get them redone next week.

I took a chance on trying to get a manicure by walking in. Figured a Monday around mid-day wouldn't be too bad. Wrong. I walked in where I was just stared out by the employees. I was told to wash my hands after they eventually asked me why I was there. After that, I just stood there awkwardly as more people came in, were friendly greeted, and seated (had an appointment). After a minute of just standing since there is no waiting area, they told me to have a seat at an empty station and that's when I realized I was going to have to wait 20 mins+. I wouldn't have minded a wait if that had been communicated from the start and I was treated a little nicer. I had a gift certificate that I won't be using.

I come here mainly to get my eyebrows done by Sophie. She's done my eyelash extensions before which came out beautiful but I can't keep up with the maintenance. This place is always clean and they have great customer service. It's usually always busy so make sure to call in an appointment.

My first time to visit and was lucky enough to get Tony. He was very careful and professional in his work. He provided me with a full set and gel manicure. I will definitely return again. I was very happy with his work and was happy to see the staff taking safety precautions during Covid. Very clean and sanitized. Thank you.

Do NOT get your brows waxed here. The technician waxed off a whole chunk of the front of my eyebrow and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for plucking too much when I haven't plucked in a while. No apology and I still paid full price and there was still wax remaining in my eyebrow when I left. Will definitely no being going back.

They can be little pricy for the area. But they have nice massage chair if u get pedicure. They don't have much selection for gel manicure but they are decent in this area.

I originally gave them 4 stars but graded down to 2 now.
When u walk in to the salon, they immediately ask u what u need so while u have to answer them and u also r required to write down what u need in the paper at the front desk. Then they take u to where u have to sit so really feel of rushing to pick color u want from the beginning.
They also wanted to receive tip by cash only and didn't want to add the tip from credit card.

Really recommend this nail salon. If you are in the area, go in and see Cindy. She is the nicest lady who takes her time with my nails every time I see her. She does my nails exactly or as closely as I ask her and she really takes care to make sure I am are happy with her work! The salon is also very bright and very clean!

The owner is greedy and consistently chooses to tell clients (walk-in and appointments) that they can take you or that they "are few minutes behind". They will turn the water on or start to put the acetone into soak off gel and then make you sit there for 30-60 minutes before anyone is avail to help you. I find it infuriating and today was the last day I give them my business. They have done this to me several times now.

Be honest with your clients and show some respect for their time. If you had just told me that the wait was an hour I could have run my errand at Target and come back. The funny thing is they even told me they don't like to do that because they are afraid people won't come back and then they lose that money for the day so instead they let them soak so it is hard to leave. Really? So instead you lie and waste your client's time thus frustrating them all because you don't want to lose $45? Well, today they lost a customer for good over it.

By the way, after waiting with my fingers wrapped in acetone for 65 minutes there was no real apology OR discount. Pathetic service! I still tipped obviously because it isn't the tech's fault but never again will I give them anymore of my money since they clearly don't value their customers.

Do not come here! There are so many better salons in the area!
