I have never left a bad review for a business before, but then I thought about a teenager going for their first eyebrow wax & decided it feels like the right thing to do to warn you against this nail salon.
I had the most PAINFUL eyebrow wax here. I don't know if the tech was inexperienced but she tore the strips off without holding the skin. Then she plucked in the opposite direction of the hair. I have been waxing my eyebrows at salons for more than 10 years and have never had pain like this. It was brutal.

got a full set and the guy was so rough on my nails and dug in the side of my nail which obviously results in ingrown nails. Didn't even apply a top coat. Very low quality service all around definitely not worth the prices.

So father and son walks in for a pedicure. Lady puts me on the water to soak, starts the feet treatment and as soon as another customer calls her she puts me on the water to "soak". Then proceeds to do this lady's fingernails when she comes in and then put her on the water to soak her feet. Then proceeds to remove her nail polish on her feet, trim them, etc while I am waiting patiently...I ended up just leaving for the sheer waste of my time and disrespect for my business.

I have only gone to this nail salon now 3 times in the 11 years that I have lived in this area. All 3 times have been a really bad and uncomfortable experience. This 3rd time didn't prove to be any different. I had gone to my usual nail salon 2 days ago and got my nails done (acrylic with gel polish). The very next day I broke my pinky nail. Because my week was so busy and US Nails is fairly close, I thought I would stop in and just ask if I can get my one pinky nail repaired. Surely that shouldn't take long and I can get in and out in no time, I thought. When I walked in, I politely ask the nail tech if I could get my pinky repaired and she immediately, very rude asked, did I get my nails done there. I stated no, but was wondering if they could simply do a repair. She then looked at my nail and said, "I don't even know if we have that color polish here"! I said, "it's okay anything close will do". She looked irritated with me handed me a nail swatch and said, "pick the color out". At the same time, another Patreon came in to get a pedicure and I was completely pushed aside as the nail tech literally rolled out the red carpet for her. I am trying to refrain from any racial conclusion here but all 3 times I have visited this nail salon it has been apparent that for some reason I have not been welcomed. She got the other young lady all setup, she attended to her every need. She eventually came back over to me and I didn't see my color so I chose something close. Miraculously she found the color, she literally walked straight to it with no hesitation, even though she had rudely told me they didn't have that color. She started doing my one nail, she was rushing, and distracted because she was still coggling the other customer. By the way, me and the customer were both last-minute walk-ins, no appt from either of us. At one point while doing my nails she states something in her language to the other nail tech. The other nail tech turned and looked directly into my face. Needless to say, she made a reference about me. Very awkward feeling. Anyway, she did an absolutely horrible job on this one pinky nail! She rushed and did not care and she was unwelcoming and rude. I will never attempt to try this nail salon again. See the photo attached. The pinky nail she did, looks like a wide fan. The acrylic is so thick that it bubbled on the edge and she didn't even bother to add a tip, file the nail or compare it to my other pinky to just attempt to get it right. I'm only giving one star because at least she got the color correct. Do not come to this nail salon!

I had acrylics on. I asked for a cut and change of color. The lady left my hands soaking in acetone for over 15 minutes while she mopped the floors. I don't get my nails done often so I didn't realize she was taking off my acrylics. She came back and removed the towel, I realized my acrylics were melted. I told her that's not what I wanted and she proceeded to continue doing what she was doing. I told her I didn't want anything anymore and she said she would give me a manicure. My fingers are sore and very dry. The skin is now peeling. I was charged for the crappiest manicure I've ever received. I will never come back here. I do not recommend.

I get my nails done here all the time and I always love how they come out. The ladies here are sweet and always take their time to get your nails how you like them. They can do a lot of variety with nail art or just simple hand and feet care. My usual nail technician is Mary. She is super friendly and never disappoints. You wouldn't regret getting your nails done here, 100% recommended

Walked in with my mom because both of us had to get our acrylics removed. Lady sat both of us down but no one came to service my mom. 20 minutes into my removal, my mom has been patiently waiting, she asks who's removing her acrylics, and she's told to wait, NO explanation. Halfway thru my process through lady says she has to go (??) stands up as if to leave, and starts AGGRESSIVELY using the electric file. She told me they closed at 6 even tho the website says 7:30 and I CALLED BEFOREHAND to make sure they did in fact close at 7:30 and at that time it was only 6pm. It hurt so bad I CONSTANTLY kept yanking my hand back as a reflex to the pain. She also keeps grazing my SKIN. I asked her many times to be gentle yet she keeps sawing away.

TWO SECONDS LATER she tells me I'm done despite the fact that my nails are literally still covered in glue, I'm definitely not done. It's been 45 mins now and my mom is STILL sitting there so she asks AGAIN where the nail tech is. Now shes told to "come back tomorrow" because the only other nail tech is leaving, despite the fact that my moms been sitting idle for 45 mins. We are pushed out of the salon and neither of us got what we came for, BUT STILL PAID FOR.

TLDR: I'm in really bad pain now, as she drilled down my natural nail WAY too far and my nails are bleeding underneath. My mom didn't even get her service done. We still paid for it even tho she ignored my pleas for her to be gentle and my literal yelps of pain.

Never had a bad experience here! My family came from out of town and we all got mani and pedis. Highly recommend

Just went in for a acrylic nail take off. I walked in and everyone just stared at me.The lady who asked what I came in for and took my nails off was very rude. I really was hoping that it was just me but once she finished taking my nails off she was still rude so I didn't tip.Acrylic still on my nails. My mom has been there years ago for acrylic and hasn't gone back.Now I see why
