Had a bad experience today and this is not the first time Mimi is very rude and mean.
She doesn't have any patience with you she doesn't try to accommodate her customers
She likes to do what she wants to do. She had so much power on my hands because she didn't want to take the time to dip me another time so she just stuck my fingers all the way down into the jar. I did not get a pedicure this time because my toes have a lot of fungus on it. I think I'm going to have to take my toe nail off. I Never had fungus on my toes until going to Mimi. They are not sterilizing properly. Usually I get a dip and a pedicure would not get one today because all of the fungus on my toes. I also noticed that Mimi treats Africa America people rude.
All the other ladies are very nice. Mimi has a very rude disposition if you ask her to do something different will not be going back because of Mimi. Management needs to talk to Mimi to get her attitude together before she have them losing a lot of business

Overcharged the hell out of me and my sister. Do not recommend coming here. Just find another salon for cheaper and better quality nails.

This place is the biggest scam and ripoff. They have told my daughters that total will be $70 but at the end it was $260. They added services and items but will never mention the prices and when we asked if it was posted in their price list, it was not. The owner said it will cost $5.00 extra but when the bill showed up it was $15 for the service. Stay away from this scammers and hidden prices. Ask first or get it in writing or record your conversation.

They do wonderful work and are so nice. I get manis, pedis, and brows done here. Got a pedi yesterday and somehow I messed up 2 of my toes when I left. I came back today and they fixed it without question. That's excellent customer service.

This place charged $28 for a basic pedicure. It did not include any major dead skin removal like with the little scrapper thingy. Also the polish wasn't great, I'm posting pictures of the finished product so you can see how I left.

Just came from getting a regular manicure and it was just that, regular.
The lady who attended me had not desire to do her job. She barely filed my nails, first she wasn't cutting any cuticles, when I said something, she ended up cutting me. She pretended to clean under my nails, buffed one hand not the other. Lastly the paint job could have been done better by my 2 year old niece.

Two days later and at closer inspection most of the toes were halfway painted. Customer service was nice, but that was after waiting for the nail tech to arrive...I had called to make an appointment earlier that day and respectfully asked what time they closed before saying when I could come, that didn't seem to be an issue on the phone.

I first chose this salon based on the convenient distance between work and home. Not only did the location win me over, the prices were significantly cheaper than what I'm used to: $37 for a basic mani/pedi. However, you get what you pay for! The nail tech was very friendly and patient with me while I indecisively chose the right shade of pink color. But, she spent little time sprucing up my feet- barely scrubbed on the rough edges, no mini foot/leg massage (the part I always look forward to!). Then, after painting, she added diliuent to the color! And not just to break up the clumps, an amount significant enough to turn out semi-watery on my fingernails, she had to do 2.5 coats. She also failed to clean underneath my fingernails and shape the edges. My nails were uneven so I asked her to file all of them more. She did 2-3 nails only.

I love this place. The staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcomed. They all do a fabulous job!

I love this place! Why ? Because they use plastic deposable liners in their pedicure bowls. This a super plus for a germ freak like me; so sanitary. The location is perfect; shopping center has a Starbucks, jersey mikes, eye doctor, chipotle etc and there's a Walmart behind them. I got an affordable basic pedicure and gel manicure for $50. The service was great and the shop was pleasant... I will be a regular here. Xoxo
