Valerie is one of the most knowlegeable realators I have worked with. She was even ranked number 1 in norther Arizona!

Professionals who are receptive and helpful only up to the point of realizing that there is nothing in it for them, are disappointing to me. Valerie Core answered the phone this morning very friendly and cheerful. As I found her contact information on Sotheby's international realty site I thought that even if she could not personally help me that she might at least point me in the right direction. Valerie represents a international real estate brokerage house, but when I attempted to broach the subject of international real estate she became irritated & impatient. She sounded inconvenienced and put out. She informed me firmly and on no uncertain terms that she was only licensed in AZ and that she could not understand why on Earth I would be calling her or how on Earth I got her phone number in the first place. She became especially tense when I told her my country of inquiry was Russia. Although Valerie may have great local knowledge of real estate in AZ, is likely very sharp and even personable (when it benefits her financially to be so), I believe she has a thing or two to learn about being a good person.
