VAMP Stucco

Excellent work again. We had this small hailstorm in May of 2017 and the stucco crews hired by our repair contractor did a poor job of redashing. So, we hired VAMP on our own and they did great work.
The caulking around the windows (which was not done by our builder at construction time) looks perfect.

+ Communication. Thorough and consistent throughout the process.
+ Setup, cleanup.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Vaughn spent a huge amount of time getting the colors to match.
The workers did an awesome job.
Taped and plastic sheeted everything so no stucco would be stuck in the wrong place.
Immaculate cleanup.
They put all our plants and furniture back to their original positions.
+ They will send me a bill and I will pay.

The crew arrived today. We got a text message yesterday. The communication throughout this process has been very weak. It is my one complaint so far.

Early August

Vaughn returned with the new color samples to check colors. I only know this as I was home at the time.

Late July

Vaughan came and took stucco samples for color matching.

1. Sent email to VAMP requesting a quote. Heard back in 1 day.
2. Mike Sweeting showed up on time to view our house and take notes and photos.
3. Received quote via email within 3 hours.
4. Prices are reasonable.

Will edit when they do the work in July 2016. (Oops, late August.)

- Uplift of 3% for paying with credit card.
- Website is not very good.

V.A.M.P. negotiated a very reasonable quote and then held up their end of bargain, arranging to start the project in a timely manner, using expert technology to accurately match the color and then placing very talented and meticulous management and workers on the project. Victor, the project manage, was extremely cooperative and adaptable to our needs. We had been skeptical, since a prior company had done a horrible job pretending to fix the flashing years before (note that nonexperts are often unable to detect poor stucco work until they have seen quality work). Once V.A.M.P. began, our concerns dissolved. Victor, the project manager, and his staff clearly sought and achieved a quality result. Without our having asked or even noticed, they redid one portion of their own stucco work because of problem with the color. In particular, we want to thank Sergio, who repeatedly took on the more difficult and dangerous tasks. Our thanks also to Gregario, Angel, Johan and all of the others who went beyond the expected call of duty.

We live in the Central Park/Stapleton area of Denver, where the combination of hurried construction and poor Denver inspection seems to have caused substantial stucco and flashing problems. We sleep much better now knowing that our beautiful home suffered no permanent damage and is at last protected.

Since quality and integrity with contractors is often called into doubt, it's refreshing to work with such a professional company. This is my second project with VAMP and I've recommended them to friends since I first worked with them in 2015, so I have no hesitation in recommending them again after the recent stucco project. Great company, front office and owners!

Team at VAMP did a great job on 6 townhomes, including mine, in Cherry Creek. We were planning to have the houses painted and in getting bids for that, discovered we needed stucco repairs first. Vaughan and Erik worked with each owner to define their specific scope of work. The color matching was painstaking even though they knew the new stucco was going to be more or less immediately painted. Very happy with the outcome and to recommend VAMP.
