Generally, I approach buffet style catering with caution, as it too often trades quality for quantity. I was thoroughly impressed with how tasty the food was, even though there was a lot to prepare for a 100-person event! The crab cakes were excellent in texture, and packed full of flavor. That was, hands down, my favorite bite of the night. The pulled pork was super juicy, and all the toppings for the pulled pork burgers were perfectly seasoned.
I'm interested to have Vault cater a few more of our events so we can have their tasty food again!
