This place is HAPPENING!! Went on a Tuesday after a long day of shopping at Victoria Gardens and a meal at Fuddruckers, Located right by Ontario Mills, Not too dark in there and full of red lamps, very nice! Red is my favorite color, I wasn't too impressed with the interior design but it's decent, the walls were kinda empty.

You order at the front counter then the hookah and drinks are brought to you, we ordered 1 hookah and 2 drinks, came out to $22, FREE refills!!?? couldn't believe it for a sec but I guess it's only 2 days a week, cool trick to get more business on slower days, sit there and smoke all you want, their bowls lasted a long time to begin with, only had the time to get 1 refill. We tried Skittles (one of their specialty mixes) which was amazing, then a basic watermelon-mint, also good, they use COCONUT COALS!! Yess! Much healthier, higher quality and makes cleaner tastier smoke!

Pretty people here, not great if you wanna pick up singles most people were there in groups. The guy that helped us was super awesome... Overall this was a good way to end the day for me, will definitely return.

Where do I begin with this place...when I walked up with some friends to this place, it looked pretty awesome and I thought we were in for a good night. But, that changed very quickly.

Hookah + NO Alcoholic Beverage = NO Bueno

I paid for one Hookah, which cost $20. This hookah was a typical run of the mill basic hookah with a hose that looked like it had been hanging out on the freeway for a couple of days if you get what I mean. On top of that they had NO apple heads and the taste was more harsh than a Kat Williams show.

I would have to say that if you want to hang out with young kids, which this is apparently what this place is targeting by having NO alcohol available, then this might be the place for you.

I personally would never go here again, as there are much nicer places, cheaper and sell drinks...give us what we want! lol Oh yeah, two more things...number one, I will give them credit for having FREE WI-FI, but I would only use that from my vehicle in the parking lot...and two, if you hear that they are the #1 Hookah Lounge in the IE, then please know that this is very FALSE.

#1 Hookah Lounge in the IE!!!!!

I fricken love this place! It's the first hookah lounge I've been to, and I'm definitely becoming a regular here. It's just awesome... :)

The workers are pretty chill, and the crowd is a really good group of people.. There was a pretty big cat fight one night, but I was impressed by how they handled it. They pushed the girl outside and kept her out, then the workers cleaned up the mess right away, while everyone else went outside to make sure she leaves. Please people, if you wanna start s***, stay away from this place.

Hookah flavors are awesome! I LOVE peach, pineapple express, pirate mint, and sex on a beach so far :) I'm still trying flavors.. Personally, i didn't care for pink 69 or chocolate mint.. They're usually pretty quick to change the coals, and they have so many daily offers! We got two free refills Tuesday night. The music is great, and it's kinda cool that you can play video games on the big projectors on the wall.prices pretty low too.

Maybe I'm biases because this is my first place, but it's pretty
awesome.. it's such a chill place to smoke and just hang out with your friends :)

Note to self : THEY ONLY TAKE CASH. They do have an atm with a low charge . A great place to hang out with friends and relax. Nice staff and great environment !

This place is very cool place to chill and is inexpensive when i went, for 4 people it was 20$ which means you can split it 5$ each person :D. The guy who greeted us was pretty chill too. We picked flavor 69 and sex on the beach which were pretty good.

You come inside to sit down and chill. If your there early, you can pop in and play the xbox 360 and race. The music is good, has a mix of hip hop and house music. Then the hookah comes and when you first smoke it, its all good. But after a while it becomes really ashy and hard to smoke. The coal person would take a while so you might have to wait or go ask him. So smoke it up before it gets too ashy!

So if your looking for a place to just relax with friends and smoke hookah come here, its more better than most of the other places in Upland.

Another thing is there is wi-fi which is good and drinks are average price and are expected at places like this.

In the end this place has a really relaxing atmosphere to smoke and chill with friends :]

I give it one star because the service is horrible!
Unless you are friends with the employees there your coals will completely die out before you get new ones that's if they notice! Also if you ask for something it will take about 3 to 4 asks in order to get it! Other than that...music they play is okay.

Awesome place to chill after a stressful day at work, or on a weekend for fun

I love this hookah lounge! The manager was really nice and the workers were always changing the coals. It is located right next to Ontario Mills mall. I would recommend this place to other people. The music is good and they show music videos on the walls. There was a 20 minute wait to get in and they check IDs.

You have to pay and order upon entry which is different than what I'm used to but, it's smart. The Hookahs hit strong, the flavors were tasty and they kept the coals nice and hot. They don't offer food, but they do have soft drinks.
