I cant believe there is someone to save you the hassle of towing a trailer to the DMV, this guy is worth every penny!!! We bought a trailer out of state and my husband doesnt have time to deal with bringing to dmv to "verify the vin" so i dont even know how i found this service but im so THANKFUL i djd!!! If I could give him a 8 star rating I would. Bob is one of those hard to find people who care! He knew that if I could simply go back to dmv and explain that my vehicle only has one vin location and to challenge them to look into it I could not only avails paying to have my vin verified but also speed up my paperwork. See Bob didn't have to tell me that, he could have easily just set an appointment and charged me. But instead his honesty and integrity came first and guided me to a simple solution. Bob was professional and prompt. Answered my call this morning even while in the shower! If that doesn't say dedicated, I don't know what does.
