my property was a little difficult to sell due to some overdue maintenance issues that the buyer insisted be corrected. victoria was very helpful, kept the deal on track, made sure the buyers were happy and closed the deal much more quickly and easily that i thought possible. i don't know how she did it, but i'm very happy and would recommend her to anyone.
