I believe Dr.Veytsman is the BEST cosmetic dentist. I traveled to NY to have my work with her. The whole experience was painless and actually very relaxing, I got out of my appointment and was able to enjoy the city with my family. My veneers are perfection. Update 8/22/22: This shady business got my review removed and is harassing me with non stop calls and voicemails to "fix" the issue... To late! I heard your comment via voicemail noting Melissa mentioned my event and you said, "Your graduation or whatever". My graduation is not a whatever event. Fix the customer service and you won't have to try so hard to silence me.

Avoid this doctor and location as they are unprofessional and the receptionist/customer service rep is extremely rude. I made an appointment to get my teeth whitening and was set for my scheduled and confirmed appointment the following day. This practice discriminates against individuals based on race and status. The day of my appointment, 1.5 hour before I was to come in the office at the Madison location, I received a phone call from Victoria's receptionist canceling my appointment. I was told the "Doctor", was behind schedule and I was considered a last minute thing as I if I should feel lucky I got an appointment! News flash, I am a real Doctor. I also have extensive experience in Dentistry with years of schooling, internship and practice in two prestigious hospitals in NYC. During the initial conversation, the second admin, Laura I believe her name is said if you worked in Dentistry you would know about PPO and various networks. Excuse me? I can actually teach you a course about the practice of Dentistry and to improve your less than superb customer service. Secondly, as a Doctor you have to test the knowledge of those you do business with and quite frankly you've failed the test. You didn't mention anything about taking impressions or offering of trays as whitening does not last with daily eating/drinking habits and will need a touch up every few months. As for the receptionist Melissa, you are rude, unprofessional and comical. Canceling the day of and 1.5 hour beforehand because the "Doctor" is backed up shows you have poor skills in calendar management. Saying things like, we have other patients shows a lack of concern as I would have been a valuable and new patient if you would've displayed a sense of professionalism. I've wasted my time and quite disgusted with the behavior of the staff.

Victoria Veytsman and her team are super professional. I visited her office after Dr. Diamond recommended to get my dental crown done at her clinic. They guided me through the process of making the crown, and now I am a happy client, with plans to continue visiting her office. Thank you so much!

I'm updating my review after the Dr. personally called me and apologized for what was a disappointing first appointment. I ended up going back in for a consult and met Dr. Veytsman, who is incredibly lovely and kind and she took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with many options. It shows she truly cares both about her work and the patient experience and I was blown away with her proactivity to make things right. Recommend her if you're looking for a cosmetic dentist who truly cares

Dr. Veytsman performed an amazing cleaning! I was a new patient of hers who hadn't had a cleaning or x-rays in 2-3 years, so I was due for some dental hygiene. I'm extremely happy with the result! I haven't been very happy with my smile since I was young and Dr. Veytsman has reputable work in porcelain veneers so we discussed options and came up with a solution that will best suit me! I definitely recommend her for NY and LA locations!!

Dr. Veytsman worked nothing short of a bridal miracle! With less than three weeks until our wedding, she and her team transformed my smile with four veneers and two bondings that gave me the straight, even bite that I have always wanted. She called it a tweak, but the small change -- while subtle -- made such a remarkable difference in how I felt about my appearance on our wedding day and how I feel when I smile everyday since!

Dr Veytsman and her assistant Jessica are the absolute best ! I have been a patient of hers for about 3 years , and she always delivers consistent and amazing results and her demeanor is always welcoming .She makes her patients feel super comfortable, as well as being a competent and trustworthy dentist !

I started my Invisalign treatment in Jan 2017 and I qualified for an express case. Fast forward to September 2017 and I have a beautiful straight and white smile! I love that Dr. veytsman gave me options in order to correct a bite issue that I had, and I chose to go with Invisalign. I love my results and I'm so happy I did it. Look no further when searching for a dentist, Dr Veytsman and her staff are phenomenal ! No other dentist compares in my book!

I am still in the treatment process, but so far working with Dr. Veytsman and her team has been such a pleasure. They have been so hands for every step of the way and have catered to my every need. They also helped me find the right doctor to do a gum treatment I needed prior to getting the veneers. I couldn't recommend them enough. Such a quality practice!
