Seems closed, drove past the address a couple times and the signs are down and the building looks empty.

Just moved to the area. Cool shop, very nostalgic to be able to browse movies to rent. Neat to take the kids who might not otherwise experience that. Rentals are also priced right if you live close enough. New releases are a buck or two less than renting them to stream. Also has a new and retro games for sale. Originally came for that and was hoping for a place with a little more inventory, but what he had was priced right. Probably tougher to keep that kind of inventory up and if the shop is in a bigger city. Nice dude owns the store. Would recommend.

I dont even think this place deserves one star. Dan is very unprofessional and rude. He accuses his customers for being dishonest. Very very rude business owner.

The new owner is rude. Called me saying I owed $180 for a game I rented over 11 months ago. So I said let me look at my bank statement. Was rude about that and told me it will be in collections. I called him back and worked out a deal to pay 30 this week and then 30 as soon as I get paid since money is tight due to covid. He then told me know and that he is going to call the cops and called me a liar then told me he was going back on his deal. Saying I'm dishonest. I never met the guy and looking at my records with the previous owner I always paid my late fees. The guy is just rude giving my businesss to redbox.

This place really is great! Rob will bend over backwards to make sure his customers are satisfied with his service. You may pay more to rent new releases, but he HAS the new releases nine times out of ten because he has more than two copies and if that one time out of ten just so happens to be the one you want, he will not only hold it for you but also call you as soon as it is back in the store. You get two days with the new releases also which is convenient. He treats his customers like people. Always has some kinda deal going on. And if by chance he does not have what you are looking for he will find it for you right there and tell you what it will take to get it and how long etc. His used movie movie sales are fully garaunteed and are like new because each one is buffed before it's sale so again, like new movies for around half the cost, sometimes less! The customer service alone is worth the extra buck or two period.
