This is my third time coming here. I really enjoy the food, authentic and flavorful. The crispy spring rolls, lemongrass pork, and Vietnamese ice coffee are their delicacies. I am not a big fan of pho, so they are usually not my go to. But my mom really likes their B19, the deluxe one I think. She said the broth was savory and the meat was tender.

The owners and staff here are very nice and helpful, even though they don't speak English well.

The other day when my family of 6 came in for my brother's birthday dinner, the old lady, due to her language difficulty misplaced some of our orders. When our food arrived, we got some dishes we didn't order. As soon as she realized her mistakes, the lady insisted on bringing us all the dishes we originally wanted and having us keep the misplaced plates. And not only that, she gave us some extra crispy rolls for free.

I don't think the service here is that bad in comparison to some of the previous reviews on here. We just need to give them a little bit more patience and time. They are trying really hard to make their customers happy.

Everything was fine until I noticed a bug in my bowl 5 minutes into eating. I took the bug out and was like nah that's probably the mint leave. Nah it was an insect. Lost my appetite. they brushed it off and wanted to give me a new bowl. I'm good, thanks.

Great pho customer service was unfortunate but the soup is great cashier charged me wrong amount and then charged me again the price is pretty insane but it's my favorite pho in Woodbridge being that my mother in laws loas pho is so amazing I hold this place broth high twice but the bad customer service was very disappointing having to constantly repeat order over and over when they wouldn't take the time to actually listen to what you ask for and she just assumed what your asking for I had to make sure to repeat myself multiple time to make sure order was right because the first couple of times she did not write my order down correctly it was very frustrating

I thought I wrote a review, I guess the algorithm thought differently... the soup was cold! And that's not cool- we went for some hot Pho! The ambiance was okayish, it was right at 11 when they opened and a few tables were already occupied. Arrive is fast- that's the 3 stars.

The owner was so mean, the meat was dry and tasted weird, service was not that good, they set you and forgot about you.

Great pho, they know how to make their broth and the service is quick. Family owned and the employees are nice. They have other dishes that are good like their chicken wings and egg-rolls. Reasonable price and you leave feeling full and satisfied.

This is my first time going to this pho place. It's probably the best Vietnamese pho place in Woodbridge- is it the best pho I've ever had? No. But it's still very delicious. The price is the standard around here and they give you a lot of meat. The reason I'm taking away a star is because the customer service is really just - meh. My husband also used the hoisin sauce, but the entire lid fell off dumping a whole bunch into his soup. The young man who took our order was... just kind of rude. Everyone else was kind, but because he was the one who took our order it was kind of off putting. Regardless, the Thai tea, pho, and summer rolls are delicious and we'll be returning!

Food is very bad and overpriced (The veggies they gave us were bad and rotten and the tofu was so bland and gross) also the biggest turn off about this place is the bitches that worked there laughed at us and spoke about us in a different language when we tried to order. (We had never been there) fuck this place save ur money

The server is an idiot. There's a sign that says credit card will not be accepted unless it's $10 above. I offered cash but I only had a hundred. What kind of retarded service is this? You were trying to force me to buy two drinks instead of one? You are a real piece of something.

Came here for lunch. The tables were very clean and organized. Ordered the tofu spring roll and 2 beef pho. The order was brought out shortly. Every ingredient was fresh, and that broth! The meat portions were good too. Very happy to have found this place. Will get my pho fix here going forward.
