Village Wash Laundromat

In my Island I don't use this service. But here ths young guy was an excellent help and great attention. Definitely Ill be back everytime I visit this area.

If there were an option for 0 zero stars thats exactly what this place would get. I gave this place one star however because it is extremely clean compared to a lot of laundrymats ive visited in Queens. So i came here with one bag of clothes which only needed to be dried since I washed them at home earlier. After placing my clothes in the dryer a man walked up to me (my assumption is that he was the manager or shift supervisor) and asked if I washed my clothes here. I told him that I did not. He then proceeded to tell me that for future reference I could not dry my clothes here unless I also washed my clothes here. I stated to the gentleman that I was not from this neighborhood and I was unaware of that policy. He then stated he would let it slide this time. I proceeded to continue drying my clothing not paying him any attention. What pissed me off was that there was no sign anywhere in the laundromat indicating you could not dry your clothes unless you have washed them there. Quite frankly I have never heard of this. Arent I still contributing money to the laundromat even if I only dry my clothing? Needless to say I will never be going back here if I am in Queens Village. And if you're so adamant about people not drying their clothes unless they've washed them there, you might want to put a sign up idiot!!!!!!

The only place I get my laundry service done. I've been coming here for 3+ years. The workers are usually very nice. They don't use cheap soap and fabric softener. I normally come here every 2 weeks with at least 40 lbs of laundry and I am a very satisfied customer. My sister who moved to Kew Gardens still come here to drop off her laundry. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone.
