This is the worst auto service in Laredo..thay take forever 3 months for a small side pod paint job...and then they lie about what was done to the car...wanted to charge me.for some.parts that they didn't even chage!!! Don't go there!!!

Do you have a valid phone number? I called and they force you to give your name, address, I don't want to give my information I just called to ask if you have a body part available.

DO NOT take your car to get fixed there. They are the most unprofessional business I've ever met. I gave in my car on Monday and they said it will be ready by Wednesday no later than Thursday. I called Thursday they said it will be done by 6 then. They had an attitude when I called! No one called me on Thursday saying it's done. I called Friday and a woman told me that my window was barely getting in and that no one told me it would be done by today. The lady had an attitude and told me all sales were final. There was no apology for the miscommunication! No one offered to get it done when I got there or anything. I will never ever ever recommend anyone going to get any service from them at all. They do not know how to handle their customers.

We had called beforehand to inquire to see if they had a particular windshield we were looking for. Over the phone, we were quoted a price and told they had one in stock. The price quoted was under our insurance deductible so we decided to go. However, once there, the place was swarmed with other customers waiting and, once we got to the counter, the clerk took our vin number and asked us to wait, only to call us back to let us know they did not have it in stock and the price quoted was much higher. Needless to say we ended up driving away after having gotten there in separate vehicles, thinking we were going to drop it off. They did not get it right this time but on previous occasions they have actually done a good job.

What you can expect from Virlar is terrible service. Don't go there if you expect professionalism. They had me waiting while they jumped over to a regular customer ordering a lot of parts and kept telling me they were checking on my part. I waited over 30 minutes and then just left. The place is very dirty also. Trust me, just pay a little more somewhere else. I should have read all the terrible reviews before going.

This place is absolutely horrible! I took my vehicle in for a windshield and side window installation. I paid $400 plus for both these repairs combined and my windshield cracked in less than 24 hours. They have no warranty or guarantee for any of their work. When you try to explain to them that it's obvious that it was a bad installation job, they don't care and fall back on the fact that you signed a waiver. Another problem I had with them was the time frame they give you, what was supposed to be a couple of hours or a days work ended up being 2 days.

If it could give it 0 stars I would. Came in to get windshield replaced. I was the first one here and came in as soon as they opened. The cashier told me it would be done before lunch time. I didn't receive a phone call so I decided to call them. The lady on the phone told me the windshield repair would be done by 2:30pm. I came in at 2:30 and the lady goes on to say that it will take another 25-30 minutes. Her excuse was that there was a lot of cars ahead and that they got busy. How can that be when I was the first one in? What was supposed to be a 3 hour windshield repair turned out to be an 8 hour job. Definitely will not recommended this place to anyone!!

I arrive in the morning to get my windshield replaced, and the receptionist was quick and knowledgeable! Although it took some time to get done, I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the work itself; very worth the wait (which wasn't even that long!) If I'm in town and need something, I'll definitely be back.

This place is extremely disoriented!!! The receptionist is friendly yet they take forever to attend you. They do have cheap prices for the items yet you'll regret it if you ever have an exchange or return. I waited in line for about 23 minutes for the cashier to tell me the guy who rents the Penske trucks is not here for me to do the booking online. I stepped outside to do the reservation, walked back inside with the reservation number; cashier then tells me to take a seat and they'll be right with me. I've been here for over an hour yet the man that takes care of their Penske rentals has not arrived... do not recommend this place what so ever, I'll rather pay more than get this shitty service

Ms. Jennie T., we would like to thank you for your feedback. We would like to apologize for the unfortunate wait time that you experienced. There is certainly no reason why you should've waited that long to be informed that our Penske rental staff was unavailable. We are currently understaffed, and our current sales staff is not familiar with the vehicle rental software & processes. We are currently cross-training some of them, but it takes time to ensure a smooth transition.
We currently recommend that you goto the Penske rental website, choose Virlar Automotive Group (as it has great discount rental options!)---then select the truck, date of check-out & return date....after 4 clicks, you'll be asked for credit card information to secure your truck rental! Then, show up to our location and the paperwork, and vehicle will be waiting for you...sign & pay, drive out in 5 minutes!
Regarding the automotive parts, we do ask that you verify that it is the correct ITEM purchased PRIOR to leaving the premises. Once you have left the business premise, all sales are final. Most automotive parts businesses have an "All Sales Final" policy due to past abusive behavior of unscrupulous customers--who would buy the parts, to export the vehicles to Mexico or during alignment of collision repair jobs, and then return the parts.
