Von Keith Real Estate Agent Justin Worsham patiently helped my husband and I navigate the challenging Los Angeles market as we set off to purchase our first home this year. We chose to work with Justin, specifically, for two reasons:
a) his personal experience with residential real estate investment in L.A. and
b) he laughed at our jokes! :D
We especially appreciated Justin's thoroughness in drafting contracts, as well as his caring communication during each phase of the process. From carting us around to multiple open houses in a day, to supporting us emotionally while we waited to hear back from sellers, Justin listened to our wild ideas and made sure we closed on a house we LOVE.
We are so very grateful for all the attention, insight and guidance he gave us. Thank you, Justin- you really made this experience so enjoyable......maybe we'll do it again!

We worked with Leah for a while in our search for our first house. We learned a lot from the experience, though we did not ultimately find the right fit. Leah knows a lot, and moves quickly, which we found very helpful. During a streak of low listing activity in the off season, her focus seemed to wane a little, and we felt that she wasn't patient enough for our needs. If we had found the right opportunity within the first few months of working together, I think we would have been quite pleased with the outcome -- she seems like a great negotiator. Not as patient as we needed in the search phase though.

We just recently sold our townhouse (in Signal Hill/Long Beach area) and bought a single family home (in Lakewood). We used Von Keith Properties for both and Caleb Gonzalez, our agent, was excellent on both accounts!

First - Selling. From the first time Caleb came to our house and walked around pointing out things we should do to really make our house show well and sell fast until the close of escrow, Caleb was there helping us get through it all and making a complex process seem easy. He gave us great advice on setting up our home to sell and to get the true value out of it. The photos he took of our house were excellent and made many of the other listings out there seem amateur in comparison. He and his team held open houses and made sure they were a great experience for all who came by. Perhaps most importantly, as first time sellers, he made sure we had all the info we needed and answered all our questions along the way and gave us advice/input when we asked for it, but also let us make the final decision on everything.

Second - Buying. We were selling our townhouse because we wanted to buy a single family home. Again, Caleb was the epitome of excellence as our agent on this journey. He always made himself available when it was convenient for us to go look at homes. We wanted to move fast so a few times we looked at homes 2-3 times in a week and if we wanted to go back for a second look, he'd get us back in as soon as possible. He offered great insight whenever we would look at a home but always let us decide if it was right for us or not. We had a ton of questions along the way and he was always quick to answer. When we finally found the right home and decided to make an offer, he was right there with through the entire process all the way until we got the keys. As things came up during escrow, he would help us understand the process or give us his opinion if we had a question about how to handle something.

Selling and buying a home is a LOT of work and can be VERY stressful. I can't imagine having done it with anyone else but Caleb by our side. His experience in the business really showed through both processes and his calm confident approach to everything helped ease our apprehensions. I would highly recommend Caleb or anyone on the team at Von Keith Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in California!

Caleb at Von Keith was our real estate agent both when we bought our first home in 2013 and when we sold that home to relocate for work. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experiences with him and his company. He is a pleasure work with--his cheerful, friendly demeanor and easy optimism were immensely calming during the stressful buying/selling process and he always made sure he was available to us. He is incredibly knowledgable and his expertise and advice was invaluable to us and always spot-on. His advice helped us get a truly great price for our home. More than those things though, Caleb is incredibly genuine; he cares more about his clients' well-being than he does about the bottom line. Because we had two small children and had to relocate quickly, Caleb and his team completely oversaw not only our actual move, but repairs and staging as well. They give new meaning to the phrase going above and beyond. If I could give them ten stars, I really would.

Hello all, I just wanted to put up a shout-out for Kenny and Caleb at VonKeith. My wife and I bought our house two years ago and it's been great. We were both first-time buyers and even though we didn't have a ton of money, we did have some specific needs. We spent four months going out every weekend with Kenny and he never got tired of showing us around. The house we found was a short-sale, and let me tell you, it was anything but short. We spent six months dealing with the bank and VonKeith had our back the whole time. They jumped through the hoops with us and talked us through all the paperwork. The house market is still ripe for the picking so I say give them a call!
