I have been there for almost 2 years.Greatest nail salon in Katy/Houston area. I have been to many nail salons and no one can do design like Emma!!! Highly recommended. Emma is really great with nails design she can do whatever pictures or designs you show her. Lien is the best for pedicure too! Cherry is great for waxing. Recommend you all to try those three out!

I absolutely love this place and the people and the great service. Of course I already have my favorites and Cindy Cammie Emily and Tracy are my absolute favorites and they are the best. Emily does the best creative nails I have ever seen anywhere. Cammie just does great nails, but Cindy and Tracy do the best pedicures I have ever had in my life. I started going to them two years ago and I can't imagine going anywhere else . when I travel it's really hard. For me to get a pedicure anywhere else and sometimes I just wait until I get back home. Worth a visit.

I had a good experience and a good job was done. My issue is that I think it's wayyyy overpriced. Here's what I got:
Full set-$45
Acrylic removal-$5
Cut cuticles-$5
Nail shape-$5
French tip:$20
Grand total- $80 not including tax and tip

I totally was not expecting the French tip to be $20 itself. Overall I think it was ultimately overpriced but I liked my nail tech.

EXCELLENT FRONT DESK STAFF/ SERVICE!!!!!

Before arriving, I read the reviews which were not that great. I pulled up and noticed a couple of people being serviced. I sat in the car for a minute looking for other places and reading reviews. I finally decided to go inside and give it a try myself.

I was greeted by the receptionist who was very pleasant and immediately seated me. I could see there were no more techs available, but she found someone to service me. After waiting a few minutes, she arrived again to remind me she did not want me waiting and she choose a gentleman to service me. ( I had on a dress and the receptionist allowed me to choose a man or women to service my request). NICK was absolutely amazing. He made sure I was satisfied whenever he was doing anything. He took his time and catered to all of my needs. He cut my toenails perfect with asking if it was the correct length as he cut each one. You talk about details he was the ULTIMATE person to suit my needs. I was so impressed I requested him to continue my service with a Manicure as well.

My manicure was sooo good and relaxing. I was very impressed and felt like a QUEEN in a castle. His calm spirit made the experience immaculate.

I believe I found my new spot. I will be back and will truly let others know about the service.

I was giving this spot a second chance and I regretted so many times. Had to wait 30 minutes, they rushed I didn't even get a chance to ask for water my pedicure was 10 minutes long. Now the quality? My photos definitely speak about it. This was such an annoying experience!! Not relaxing at all! Multiple people were complaining and at first I felt sorry for the workers but then I was like, how is this place open??
The worst part is that the girl knew they looked bad and didn't say anything!!!! The light in there is terrible so I couldn't tell. I did ask her to re-do two fingers. Still came out horrible.

The receptionist asked me if I had acrylics on before because the texture was so bad. Nope just gel. He told me to go back the next day but I definitely do not want to ever step foot at that spa. WASTE OF MONEY

If I could leave no stars, I would. I've been coming here for years to get my brows done and today the lady decided to thin my brows out; which I have never requested. I definitely would not recommend them EVER!

JEN did such an amazing job! Every experience before her was good but she made me a loyal customer and do not plan on scheduling with anybody else aside from her and her attention to detail was spot on and it made me very happy every step of the way she ensured that the quality she was providing was up to my standards and my liking by far this is the best dip powder nail set that I've ever gotten.
She ensures that you are happy with your nails and takes her time And doesn't rush at all which I liked. Thank you JEN for going above and beyond.

Just spent a lovely hour with Cammie who dipped my nails for me.

They are yellow and she shaped them exactly as I wanted them.

Cammie is sweet and caring. This was my first visit and won't be my last!

Emily the receptionist was great on the phone and at the shop.

Great service with Tiffany today. She refilled my nails with dip and didn't rush me with picking out a dip color. Every woman knows this can be the hardest task. Picking the right color for the next two weeks or so. She offered advice on what color I should try and it turned out sook pretty. She was patient with me and took her time on my nails. I found a great nail tech. If you are looking for someone patient and great at their craft, Tiffany is the one for the JOB!
