Jon G.Boston, MA045Apr 8, 2016First to ReviewWe used this firm for our Real Estate closing and regretted it. It was hard to understand who they were working for, us or the mortgage company. In the end they were secretly speaking to the mortgage company. Toby Griffis was a poor communicator, he changed the closing date but did not tell us! Also, if we had known that this firm profited greatly from the Fort Trumbull "redevelopment", we would have never hired them.
