Waste Away Systems

After this company not picking up my trash for two weeks, then picked up on third week, then stopped picking up again I called then. Turns out my payment had not gone through. You would think that someone with a near perfect credit score and payment history they would call to let me know. NO! Instead they just stopped showing up so that in the hottest month of the year my garage was full of stinky garbage. I called, paid my missed payment and they continued service. Today, they have not picked up my garbage and I'm looking at a curb full of garbage. I called twice, and each time the wait time was too long, over 15 minutes. My next call was to Rumpke who answered my call within a few minutes. Bye bye waste away!!

I moved into my apartment a month ago. Have cardboard boxes broke down beside the trash cans. Was told by the driver that it wasn't his job to get anything but what's in the cans. Very disrespectful!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOESN'T GIVE SERVICES!!! THEY STEAL FROM THERE CUSTOMERS. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. DO NOT USE THIS TRASH SERVICE!!! They are literally TRASH! They took my money for June , July and august and have yet to pick up my trash since June 23rd . I got so sick of them sending me on a run around all month I finally canceled my service and asked to be refunded for July and August they then told me they are not refunding me for July since I am just now canceling even though they did not service me whatsoever and do not plan to. I've made many calls throughout the month and no one has picked up my stuff but I have to pay for it? Their reasoning is human error happens. human error happens all month??? And I have to pay for your error?? at my job if we make and error we fix it right away and we give the customer what they paid for and if we cannot give them what they pay for we refund them. It's stealing to take money for a good or service and not provide the good or service. I was going to wash my hands of it after today when they picked up there bin but what do you know I come home from work and they DIDNT PICK UP THERE BIN. There customer service is literally trash they are very rude and not understanding whatsoever. There service is trash. There customer service people are blaming the drivers so apparently they are trash as well. I've been told I need to call in to let them know to pick up my trash on trash day WHEN ITS THERE JOB. I was told I need to call in for them to pick up my bin so I called yesterday, I've called today and have been told I need to call tomorrow if they fail to do there job again today. If you choose this trash service I hope you have phone service to give them a call to tell them you want your service every week. Also I hope you don't mind just giving them money just to sit there cause at this point that's what I've done.

We had such a great experience with Waste Away Systems this past week I figured it was well worth writing home about. From the initial booking, to the pickup, each team member we dealt with was polite, prompt and professional. Christine was a Gem to work with & made our scheduling process easy and efficient. Thanks again for all your hard work and efforts this past week!

Service is good, but beware, if you need to cancel and still have $$$ on your account for subsequent months it will not be refunded,

Worst they are constantly 2 or 3 days late. Sometimes we get skipped all together. But Now it has been 2 pick ups no show. You cant get anyone on the phone. So we called Kimbels to get our trash picked up. Take my Advice stay away from Mr Trash worst service ever.

Worst trash service ever they bill you for 3 months and might pick your trash up 1 out of those 3 months and when you call the office if someone answers the lady is nasty and rude and then they never send anyone out, but they want to charge you 60 dollars for 3 months and a $15 late fee if you don't pay on time and the only reason you quit paying is because they don't do what you are paying for!!

Very bad service never pick up on time always weeks late then wen we call to try to get them out to pick up they either don't answer or say there truck broke would not recommend
