I was very impressed with the mitigation services provided by Water Damage Pro. The communication was incredible; whenever I had a question or concern, someone from the team responded right away. They were through and careful with their assessments and handling of my things.

In my house, I had a flood due to the malfunction of the dishwasher. One of my friends recommended this company. I called them and got a good response from them. They helped me to handle everything and even how to handle the insurance claim. They arrived at my house in a timely manner and dried out everything as much as possible by using fans and other equipments. They were great in their communication and assured me that they would take care of everything. All in all I was very happy with the service they provided. Hopefully this won't happen again but I definitely recommend this company if you are in a flood situation.

Due to the recent rains we have flooding in our basement. At first we thought it was a pipe leak so we called Water Damage Pro and they came out the same day. Come to find out Moe figured out it was sump pump failure so we were covered by insurance. They did fast and clean job and we couldn't be happier. And they restored the whole basement like it was new. Fast response and very courteous would refer them to everyone.

We had a flood in our basement and Ray and his team came out promptly and explained everything we needed to do in great detail. They were very courteous and very quick with the work we needed done. They definitely helped us through a stressful time. Everything was explained up front and they were very punctual with appointments for dropping off fans, picking them up, doing repairs, etc. It was all done for a very reasonable price and I was very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism.

Had to call on Ray because my gutters plugged up and caused water to back up into my basement. Ray came right over and surveyed the situation. He left a fan with me and said he'd follow up in a few days. Right on schedule he reached back out 3 days later and we set a time for him to come back to take moisture readings. Ultimately I decided to do the work myself and Ray respected this decision and even gave me some suggestions on what to do to limit the damage. I would recommend him and will definitely call upon him if i ever find myself in this situation again.

Water Damage Pro was a very professional company to deal with. After mild water damage in our town home, we contacted water damage pro. They arrived within a few hours of my call and the two gentlemen worked fast and professionally to make sure the damage was kept in control. We did experience a problem with the estimate given to perform all the work. Ray, the owner, personally met with us to go over the estimate line by line to assure us that the estimate was fair. We proceeded to use the company for the rebuild portion and couldn't have been happier. The job was done so professionally. There was never a mess and the workers were very respectful of my situation with two small children at home. Over all the price to fix the damage was high, however the work and professionalism made the price worth it.

Water Damage Pro and, in particular, Moe were incredibly helpful during a very stressful leak in our apartment. Moe came and accessed the burst pipe and subsequent flooding that occurred and was quick and efficient with his work. He was able to tell us what went wrong and what would need to be done very clearly. The greatest part was how friendly Mow was! After his work was done, he even helped my roommate and I move heavier items out of our closets so they wouldn't get ruined!!! Highly highly recommend.
