Scott was absolutely incredible to work with! We had a very complicated situation with absolutely no direction, and he was able to serve both as an advisor and an expert. He made himself very available for any questions or concerns, responded promptly, and got the work done in a professional and high-quality manner. We absolutely could not have gone through our little crises without Scott and teams help! I hope we never have to use WMF again - but if we do I know we'll be in the best hands!!

During a time of high stress, when I was looking at serious water damage to my home, they came in and made me feel secure that the job would be done correctly so that I could get back to enjoying my home as soon as possible. I loved how responsive they were, and how they educated me on each step of the process. They were completely clear on what they would do and why, and went above and beyond to do the job right. I was insulating my attic when they found black mold. Not only did Water Mold Fire Restoration work with me on price and schedule, they did an impeccable job. I was very impressed with their work, professionalism and kindness and if I ever am in an unfortunate position like this again, I will not hesitate to contact them.

Dishonest and incompetent. They put my health at risk. Stay away!

Completely incapable. Hired them to remediate black mold in my house. They came back three times, each each time they came they basically did nothing. After each visit I ordered another mold inspection ($300 each), which showed my house still had black mold. The mold inspector told me this was the biggest "half ass job" he's ever seen in his 20 year career.

On top of being incompetent, they were completely dishonest. The mold inspector told me that they contacted him and asked him to pass the reinspection, even though the test showed there was still black mold. The contract also provided that that they would compensate me for the cost of every failed reinspection ($900 total). I still have not seen a dime.

I will be taking them to small claims court. Don't let this happen to you!

Scott and team were incredible! The rescued my girlfriend and I from a flooding and molding apartment! They followed up, continued to monitor, and did it all with a smile. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!

Scott and team saved me as a female alone in a flooded & moldy apartment at 9pm on a Friday panicking, and treated me like family. They were so professional and personable, and truly care about their clients. They even flew staff in from Chicago to get the work done for us quickly! NO other company in New England would come help us, but they made it happen. Great communication and grateful there are people in the world like this when you need them most!
