Waterloo Turf

Lance and the team did an incredible job managing our project from start to finish. We were shown options of turf available and they were incredibly fast at completing the job, days ahead of the communicated finish date. We're so thankful for the transformation that Waterloo Turf helped us with in our yard renovation.

After obtaining multiple quotes and speaking with five different companies in person, I quickly realized that Waterloo Turf was different. First, Lance was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and did not 'pressure sales' me. Second, his quote for comparable turf (height, weight, thickness, etc.) was the best overall. Third, I read nothing but five-star reviews online, which helped solidify my decision.

Lance first came out to provide a quote during the holiday season and I decided to postpone until after the holidays. Since installing turf is a big decision, I wanted to see and feel the products again, so when I asked Lance to visit again in February, he again was quick to respond and professional. I'm glad that he visited again, because just in a short few months, he had a brand-new product that I ultimately decided to get installed. Lance was able to schedule the install within one week.

Lance and his foreman, Izzy, stopped by the day before the install to review everything and set expectations such as the logistics of materials. Izzy and his two-man crew showed up on time, were professional, and completed the install in two days!

We could not be happier with the end results! The turf is soft and has a plush feel barefoot, which is exactly what we wanted. We have rolled around on the turf with our toddler, who absolutely loves it, every day since the install. Something else that we love is we can't see any seams/lines and multiple sheets of turf were installed. The crew took the time to cut the turf and attach like a puzzle which created this seamless look.

Highly recommend Waterloo Turf for anyone considering astroturf. We spoke to pretty much every vendor in the Austin area. Waterloo had the most competitive bid, and Lance was extremely easy to work with (I changed the scope of the project about 3 times over 24 hours).

Install was efficient and clean and turf looks/feels amazing. We had our first storm and turf drained well with no issue. There was a minor problem with a gate they had to adjust to accommodate new stones we added to the path to the backyard, but they came back and fixed it promptly after we mentioned it.

We have had this product now for almost a month and so far are incredibly pleased. Lance Ingram was our project manager and was super responsive. The team was professional, on time, and organized. So far we're thrilled with the install, product, and customer service. We highly recommend Waterloo Turf.
