I am so glad I found this place. It was my first time here and I was greeted by the friendly woman at the front and I'm sad I didn't get her name but she was so helpful and kind! I filled out some paperwork while admiring the ambiance of relaxing music and the calming scent of the essential oil diffuser and was ready for my appointment. Dricelle was so friendly and explained their waxing process. It was painless and easy! I am so pleased with this place and believe it or not I can't wait to come back for another service!

Changing my review to 1 star because of the following:

* Rude, condescending receptionists
* They let an apprentice perform a wax & she did not remove all hair

Absolutely wonderful. I booked a Brazilian with Zyanya and it was my first one postpartum so I was a bit nervous. As someone who's been waxing for years, I was impressed by their technique. It was practically painless. They are very professional and take their time. So many places rush you and don't do a thorough job. I love their concept of doing a vagacial combined with a Brazilian. I felt relaxed and welcomed! Can't wait to return!

I've been coming here for a while now and honestly every time is a great experience! The staff here is so kind and welcoming. Their hours are super accommodating and the work always turns out amazing. 10/10 recommend ! I make the drive to El Cajon from Chula Vista just for this place !

From the moment you walk in and are greeted, to the goodbyes from everyone when you leave. This is how business is done right! Fantastic job all around. Been there multiple times and plan on many more.

Came here a couple times for full face waxing services. I totally recommend this location. Super friendly, clean, and affordable. Service was done by Zyanya. She was nice, friendly, and took her time. Even gave me a few tips for my skin care. Definitely will book with her again.

I've been dying to come back and review because let me tell you I AM PISSED! So in October before going on vacation I came to this location for an underarm and brazilian wax. Luckily they had time to get me in which was perfect for me as it was last minute.

I believe I was serviced By Christine however, there could be multiple Christine's so who knows! Anyways, the service and the level of knowledge provided while being serviced was top tier. On the downside the wax took probably an hour. Where as my actual wax lady only takes roughly 20-25 IF THAT!

After a week of being waxed I had an intense desire to itch which has literally NEVER happened to me. Outside of itching from the hair growing back it grew back so thick and so fast! This isn't normal I am a true 8 weeker I do not need a wax every 4 weeks and this was damn near a bush after 2!

Also the technique seemed as though the technician used multiple waxing options from hard to soft and maybe something else.

What pisses me off the most is I am a brown skin girl and I think people need to be aware of SKIN TYPES. After about a week I lift up my armpits and it's completely black as if I were burned!!! 1. I have never got waxed under my arms.. 2. I value my skin, I don't have razor bumps or a dark line in my vagina area nor do I under my arms

Here we are 2 months later and you can still see the burns. Yal lucky I didn't record the level of negligence because I would certainly put a formal complaint had I did my due diligence! You got away with this one but make sure you're well versed in all skin types before you put hot wax to brown skin girls or any melanated skin!

My husband got a man/zilla here and he was very happy with a results with Celine (she's a apprentice) but he thought that she did a fantastic and professional job. That he would be back! So I appreciate his first time being a good experience.
