Waxing by Celeste Temecula

I saw Celeste for my very first Brazilian over ten years ago when she was in a studio in La Mesa. I followed her to various locations in the years after until she landed in El Cajon, but when I moved closer to the coast, it wasn't convenient for me to drive out anymore. I unfortunately had to find another studio. Well, my husband and I moved to Murrieta in 2023 and I was delighted to discover she had a Temecula location. Of course I was quick to book an appointment. I can't describe how relieved I am to return to her care. She was AND still is quick, efficient, and meticulous with her work. Her studio and workspace is always clean and she truly cares about her business. I always walk out of my appointment feeling confident about the service.

My friend Katie booked me for my first Brazilian wax! I was a little nervous at first but ultimately didn't chicken out! It's located in the Sola Salons off of Temecula Parkway next to Killarney's Pub. I got there for my appointment with Claudia and was greeted warmly. I let her know it was my first time and she explained to me all I needed to know and do. She made me feel very comfortable talking with me most of the session! I tend to talk quite a bit when I am nervous haha overall it was a very great experience! It didn't even end up hurting as bad as I thought it was going to. And now I'm bikini ready!! I would definitely recommend coming to this establishment and booking with Claudia!

Originally this was going to be 3-star review, but after the customer service I just received from Claudia, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER OR THIS PLACE.

When I first arrived to the location, I confirmed with Claudia that I specifically wanted a landing strip. I also booked an appointment, specifically requesting a landing strip. She acknowledge that that's what I wanted, and then started the wax. Once she was done waxing down there, I realize that she did not do the landing strip as requested.

At this point, I was annoyed, but decided to say nothing, and just finish the session. Once the appointment was finishing that was back in my car, I could see all the hairs she missed on my legs. I went back to have her address this. She then asked me if there is something wrong with my Brazilian, and I told her "yes, it's not what I asked for. I also confirmed with you prior to starting the wax.". She then goes on to say that everyone is human, that hair grows back, and that I should be treating people nicely.

Excuse me, you are the one that asked me what was wrong with my wax. I am a customer, that requested a specific service, I checked with you prior to starting the service, you confirmed you knew what I want to, and now you're asking me why I am upset after you did exactly what I did not want?

I don't know why she decided to laugh also as I was leaving the suit.

You messed up, just accept the fact, and realize that not everyone is going to be happy when you mess up a service that they are paid for.

Ashlyn was amazing.

We just moved out to the Temecula area from Orange County where I had used the same person for waxing me For 10 years. Ashlyn was on time, very professional and guided me through the process.

This will be my go to place, Ashlyn would not let me leave until she had checked her work several times, very professional.

I highly, highly recommend this business and their services. I heard about them through an instagram ad and saw an offer for a $36 service. That immediately caught my attention so I booked an appointment with them for a Saturday afternoon. Now I actually had a morning medical appointment that ran much longer than intended and when I saw it was nearing my appointment with this establishment, I called Waxing by Celeste to reschedule for a later time that same day. I spoke with the receptionist Carlos, who was so kind and understanding. He rescheduled me and let me know that he pushed it out for an hour and a half later. Again, my medical appointment ran longer because of complications so I called a second time to let Carlos know. He again, kindly pushed out my appointment for another 20 minutes. Lucky for me, I finally made it to this establishment and man! Services were 10/10! Not only was it the fastest waxing I've had done, but the most painless one too. I had Claudia who has 6 yrs of experience. She was also kind, sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Please go book with her! Overall, great experience with this business.

Ashlyn made my first experiences with waxing feel so comfortable and easy. She's super patient and communicative, incredibly professional and so warm. The space is spotless, she's organized, informative, even going above and beyond to answer some esthetician skincare questions.

I live in Lake Elsinore and it is 1000% worth the drive! It was my first Brazilian wax and I felt so comfortable and safe! She was so very sweet and amazing! Everything went so nicely and she even gave me a paper with after care instructions which helped so much with preventing any sort of ingrown hairs or irritation after my wax! I recommend them 1000%!

Ashlyn was really professional and kind. I love this place so much. I really like Ashlyn but any of the girls there are very nice! I have been to this place for over two years now and I will not go anywhere else. Anyone that has done my waxing here has been very nice. The job is done well and it is quick! Does not hurt! I really recommend this place! Keep in mind, this place gets booked pretty quick!

Best wax technician ever. She's takes really good care of her clients. You'll feel very comfortable and your skin with glow.

Highly recommend getting your Brazilian here! I had Claudia do the service & she was very gentle, and very pleasant the whole time.
