I needed a gate repaired. Gonzalo and Eduardo responded quickly charged a fair price and it was finished that same day.

Pretty disappointed in my experience. I needed two stairwell handrails to be brought up to code. You have to call Gonzalo multiple times in order for him to answer (hopefully). He sends his other workers to do the work and they leave a complete mess. He said he would come back and polish the work that they did but he has been ghosting my calls every since. You're better off hiring anyone else.

I bought a fence, never got the fence nor the money back. Went to court. He promise me to return the money last September. I will post here the judge's verdict. I can be contacted fernandofiksman@gmail.com and I send you all the evidence.

Very poor customer service. Called, he picked up the phone, told to send him my address and never responded and never came. Called him a few more times and nothing. Got another iron worker, very responsive and profesional ...

I wanted a fence to block out the house next door to my new preschool so my husband googled welding companies. We were desperate because all of the welding companies we were referred to didn't answer the phone or were off for TWO WEEKS during the winter break which is insane to me. These guys have amazing customer service. They are punctual and professional. I literally had no complaints. The guy who runs it is young and I love his work ethics. Welding Masters will definitely accommodate all of your welding needs!

Contacted them for a quote they responded right away and were there that same week said they would send us pictures and quotes that same evening...NEVER DID! We followed up with who I'm assuming is the owner via text and email and still no response. They lack customer service and if he was not interested in the job or is too busy a simple response would have sufficed.

Very slow and poor service. It has not been a year and my gate has all ready begin to rust. He doesn't return my phones calls and he has no respect at how he leaves my property.

Fast response time, very knowledgeable & respectful. Great customer service & detail oriented. I needed a lock repair on a double gate. He knew wat the problem was as soon as he saw the gate. Fixed 2 doors in 5 minutes. He knows his stuff. Great work, thank u
