It was pretty quiet inside but my son was welcomed which goes miles for me. The server was a young boy who had asked a billion questions to make my son comfortable which is great! Everyone walked away very happy the food was delicious. It was toddler approved so that is a win!

Another cute Thai restaurant that has a very cozy feeling to it. Not too large, not too small, with some different seating areas that are on the floor with chairs and cushioned benches as well as a slightly sectioned off area for a few tables. The place smells like a Thai restaurant when you walk in. The staff are as kind as can be, and very helpful.

Our party was all very happy with all the things that we ordered, from sampler appetizer trays to papaya salad to mango with sticky rice, noodles, sautéed dishes, curries and soups. The menu is extensive and similar to many Thai restaurants, where you can pick what you would like with the different entrees like vegetables, chicken, beef, pork, tofu, vegetarian duck, seafood, etc. You can make it customizable for it to be dairy free, gluten free, seafood free, vegan, etc. It's nice.

However, the one thing I will say is that if you make special requests, the flavor profile will be different. As long as you accept that, make whatever requests you like, and they'll meet those needs. You can order your non-noodle dishes with brown rice or sticky rice for an extra fee. More rice the merrier!

The portions are acceptable, the flavors are good and the ingredients are fresh. I really can't complain for this standard Thai restaurant. It delivers a spicy punch and has all the traditional dishes you would like!

You have my previous review removed about this place, horrible service and mediocre at best Thai food? YES because last week I left here a long detailed review before now and so, WOW - YELP? You did obviously remove that last one and at "their" request as there is no other way how it's disappeared -- because it was just up here last week and I am not dreaming I wrote and posted it! BIAS MUCH, YELP? They may pay to be here on YELP but that would not excuse them from any honest reviews here by customers either!? Hello?

Well, just a recap now, as quickly as can be summed up after removing my previous review ----

This place is simply not a good Thai cuisine food example, seeing I've eaten Thai food all over and for many decades, yea, I have many references to use for what stands out and what may not. This place is not a good one at that and their service, was even worse, being painful actually. I get it, help is hard to find BUT really? Limp personality with basically MIA wait service. Owners issues also, too often prioritize carry out orders, without their dining room order considerations when they get busy. Dining room gets ignored and backs up, the dining room orders get delayed for instead focused on getting out online orders for Doordashers/Uber under time lines. I watch it often while waiting on food, see how the focus on carry out is at forefront.

NO excuses why our (crappy) app spring roll took around 40 minutes, can't even throw patrons inside a bone at least and since delaying entrees too? Oh yea, and the rolls were lame "food service" type spring rolls, bland and generic charging a premium. Even with dipping sauce, sucky at best.

The main dishes took an hour, from sit down?! HUH? AND in a fairly empty dining room, I saw it as a kitchen not able to handle doing their orders and letting things go, with pressure back there filling orders, I get it, but felt unacceptable when add insult to injury, the main dishes, each, all ingredients in them were overcooked, the noodles too soft, meats textured dry and sticky rice, it was almost hard as a rock? Wow and still, charge us for that inedible golf ball in a cup, you saw uneaten.

This recent Thai try out was so very disappointing, last night we had to have ourselves a "Thai redemption meal" at one of the best Thai places in northern NJ, we love and frequent it for decades, it's in Hackensack and even so we dont even live nearby, it's always worth the ride. They're a prime example of what good Thai food is about.

POINT is - This place here in W. Milford is what I deem as mediocre food, and for Thai, lower rung stuff overall and area people may not know any better anyhow, because trust there is way better to have, it's just elsewhere.

Wasted time and belly and money here, it was a regretful dinner of trying them out (we found on Yelp) and not just how we waited so long to eat, time matters and vibe was just odd while waiting on some very uneventful Thai food. Don't bother here, travel some and find the good places not that far off. We've had better even way out in Newton, Hamburg, Sparta, Rockaway and more. Places far better exist, go to one of them and I bet you'll even taste the difference.

What can I say? I have been here twice now and have had superb meals! My wife and daughter were making "yummy noises" throughout the meal, while I shrouded my delicious Masaman Curry meal from their ravenous eyes.

BRAVO! We totally love the food here and are new permanent customers!!

Wonderful experience and delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed our authentic dishes at West Milford Thai. The food was generous.

We ordered the green papaya salad, muscles, pad see eu and beef soup. We were very full.

During dinner, their takeout orders were very busy. This is a nice gem and will come back again!

Food is very tasty. We ordered takeout and everything was as ordered. We have eaten at the restaurant once as well. Nice atmosphere, quiet as there was only one other table occupied at the time. Service was pleasant and attentive

      Where do I even begin...

      THE AMBIANCE:
      - Very pleasant, the lighting is great here and the interior is charming.

      THE FOOD:
      - Absolutely fantastic! I have not been disappointed once by the food here. My personal recommendation is the Beef Noodle Soup, which has some of the best broth I have ever consumed. If you want a great appetizer, get the curry puffs. They're amazing. Food comes out fairly quickly, whilst maintaining its quality.

      THE SERVICE:
      - The staff is very friendly! Never had a waiter that was unfriendly.

Overall, this place is an absolute gem in the area. Amazing food, great staff.

      Personal Tip:
      - Bring straws, as you have to ask for them when you order drinks. Sometimes the straws never arrive haha.

We've gone here for years. One of the only Thai restaurants in town, and pretty good food.

Great food. Friendly staff. Very quiet not that busy, but the food was so good. We found this place on Yelp. Kind of a hidden gem. I bet if they were in a different location they would be packed with customers.
