I can't even get them to answer the phone most of the time And my policy is outrageous.

Terrible company, the customer service is horrible. I had to reach out to the owner to express my frustration and disappointment with the customer service that was provided. After about a month I was contacted by the insurance that I was set with stating I was in debt and I was confused as to how. It was explained that a employee ( from western mass auto insurance) made a discrepancy and because of this I was in debt 1900 with my insurance, it also was explained that there was nothing they can do about this debt even after acknowledging it was their employees fault. As an employee you represent the brand and as one of their team members they should have acknowledge it was their fault and try to make it right but instead had no intention of fixing this debt that was created because of their employee. I had to discontinue all business with this place. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
