Horrible company! I regret not doing a background check on them before hiring them to install my front door. The door frame is uneven and you can see daylight around the frame. They reinstalled the old, rotten trim instead of replacing it with new trim. They talk a good scam, get your money up front, throw up a poorly installed product and give you the run around. Most of the time they don't even answer their phones or return calls. I am at the point of filing a claim in court to get a resolution to their horrible workmanship.

old trim reinstalled instead of new
      Daylight around the frame!!!

Our experience with Window Concepts is still not over! At first just the window above our head was incomprehensible. They put a patio door on top of a patio door. The top one was supposed to be a picture window. Now that the cold weather is here the doors were leaking cold air. We had a technician finally come out to look and we discovered there is no weather stripping in the doors. We also found that they used little to no spray foam to insulate as there are major gaps on top of the doors where we wouldn't notice.
Keagans bedroom window is scratched on the inside pane and is difficult to shut as the window install is crooked. We were told it would be a black resin window. Turns out it's a painted white one. If this reaches one buyer thinking of using Window Concepts....RUN!!!

      Wouldn't recommend this company
The Sales Guy did a good selling it
Like others it took a year to finish bathroom
First installer walked off job after tearing up our bathroom. Months later was told a guy who was one of their best installers would be out
He left sick the first day then caught him smoking the Jane in my driveway. Smelled like Jane in my house
He didn't seem too worried. Ugh
He didn't get it right either. Turns out he just started with them too. Lies lies. Took many trips to get it right after that. We won't be using them anytime soon
The discount we were given wasn't much either
Don't use this company. Go somewhere else.

First attempt to install 2 doors - two out of two were wrong. One - wrong size, another - wrong inside color. They claimed that the color situation was my faults because that was in the contract I signed, even though I told my choices to the sales guy, and was trusting him to capture them correctly. Fine. I agreed to pay additional $700 for the door to be sent back to the factory and repainted. 3 months (!!!) later, the installation crew arrived with the same old door. It was never sent back to the factory. It also had a peep hole that I did not ask for. I could not wait any longer, so I agreed for that door to be installed. After the crew left I noticed that the door was uneven, which was confirmed by their install rep on his visit. And he also notices that outside trim was of wrong color. Now another month gone by, and no one returns my calls and requests to get that door fixed. Should not have paid them! Stay away from this business

Like others, I had a very poor install of products I purchased from this company.

      Stay away!

They will want payment as soon as they are done working, but prior to it passing inspection.
Never pay until the work passes inspection. Lesson learned.

They still have not returned my calls to fix the poor install, it's been 3 weeks since I notified them of the deficiencies.

      I am pursuing legal action.

I recommend everyone who had a bad experience with this company also leave reviews on Houzz, Angie's List, the BBB, and a complaint with the state attorneys office.

I would not give them a one star if it was a choice. The sales guy was very nice when I was signing the contract. This was who I also had to speak to when I had one problem after another with my bathroom that was supposed to be done in 2 days and months later, it still needs work. RUN! My installer did not show up half the time, used sealer that now has mold all around it. my bathroom leaked into the basement three times, and tub squeaked when you walked in it. They took paint of the wall when installing the surrounded and when they sprayed the foam under the tub in the basement the guys left it everywhere and just left.

I signed my contract to replace three patio doors in December 2022. They were installed in March 2023. Every panel had major flaws, the caulking was a mess and they didn't even put a working lock on one of the doors. They finally sent a tech out in June 2023 who confirms the window panes were a mess and to fix the lock and caulk. They ordered (but can't prove) 6 replacement panels but only received two I'm the fall of 2023. I had to follow up every step of the way because I wouldn't hear from them in progress for weeks. Late December 2023 I took the day off to have the new panels installed. 5 of the 6 were damaged. When the techs left, I called the service department to figure it next steps. The person i spoke to was rude and couldnt understand why I had a problem. At this point between the follow ups and PTO I've used they should be paying me. Such a joke. Do not waste your time and money.

Cannot get them to complete the window installs. No communications. Windows are not what they say. Good sales though as you can see we all bought them and now regret it. Been a year don't have the ones that came scratched replaced yet Don't be fooled by them

Johnny the sales guy is something else. He gets you all excited with with his sales pitch then soon as things don't go his way he's rude and his whole demeanor changes. I have a lady who actually hired them after I told them no and Johnny has been so rude to her and took advantage she older and didn't know better but I 10/10 recommend not going with this company. They installed the wrong shower tub and he's been so rude to this lady sense she honestly scared

This company sells terrible products and tells the customer that is a "Manufacturer" problem. they won't follow up on their shoddy services and products. Greg, the owner, is not helpful, does not stand behind HIS company's workmanship and should not own a business. He is not professional , no matter how he comes off in TV.
