Woman’s Way Medical

Doctors are good, you see them for about five mins even though you wait over an hour and half for the staff to put you in a room. Front desk girls are okay, kind of come off a little rude which upsets me. Had some pretty bad experiences here. Genuinely after switching drs and speaking with my new provider. I came to the conclusion that this place was just trying to get money from my insurance company, I would get letters from my insurance company for every time they charged something. They also try to upsell you on vitamins for over 100$+ and on other things. I had family members who went here and also left due to some of the experiences they had.

I just left without being seen and will not be returning to this Gyn. First off, I'm giving it one star because the facility was very clean despite the building being in a busy and loud area. Secondly, my appointment as a new patient was for 12pm on a Tuesday, in which I showed up at 1130am. After completing paper work, getting vitals checked, and answering questions, I was placed in an exam room at 11:53am. I remained in that cold exam room with a gown on until 12:30pm and no one came in to see me!! I got dressed and notified the front desk that I had been waiting for almost 40 minutes in the exam room with a gown on. The front desk woman seemed shocked, either to see me because no other patients were there or because they forgot about me in the exam room! She tried to get a hold of someone by calling them but no one answered. I then stated that I was leaving and they can destroy all of my stuff because I will not be returning. It appeared to me that everyone was out for lunch! It was not a bustling office like when I had entered at 1130am. Matter of fact it looked like a ghost town. Being forgotten in an exam room is highly unacceptable. I cannot recommend this office and most certainly will not be returning.
The business owner must be checking computer login times because I sent my sister a text message at 11:53am stating that I was in the exam room. It was not at 12:09! I had already been in a gown and waiting for 15 minutes by that time! And when I exited the exam room at 1230pm, there was no one but the receptionist to be found. She even called someone to find out why I had been left in the exam room for so long and no one answered her call! If the provider was in fact checking my chart at 12:20pm, then they would have answered the phone when the receptionist called them. Now I'm even more disappointed with this office because the business owner is painting a false picture. Facts are I was left waiting in an exam room for 40 minutes and possibly would of been much longer had I not got dressed and left.

Omg, I loved this facility is so beautiful, everyone is super friendly and everything is fast. Elizabeth is so sweet. She would give you her full attention. You will leave her facility satisfied with all your questions answered. What I loved that everything was done in the clinic .. Starting from a full annual exam, blood work and Ultrasound.. I highly recommend!!!!
